Casino Action Announcement - Neteller Changes

Casino Action wishes to advise that due to recent US legislative changes and events, effective immediately, US Neteller members are no longer able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling sites, including all casinos within the Casino Action Group.

Even though players can no longer deposit or withdraw funds using Neteller, their casino accounts are not affected and all balances are safe. For future deposits and withdrawals we have a wide range of other methods available including, Click2Pay, EveryWhereMoney, EcoCard and EZIPay. These are well established, convenient, fast and safe ways to continue to enjoy our games.

Please be aware that this also affects our Instant Payments system, which I know a lot of you are using. On the upside, Instant Payments and Neteller are still available to players who do not reside in the US.

To re-iterate, Neteller and our Instant Payments system are still viable options for players outside of the US.

Here is some information about these great payment options.

    Click2Pay
    EveryWhereMoney
    EcoCard
    EZIPay (formerly PaySpark)

These deposit methods offer the following prestigious benefits:

    • High daily spending limits of up to $3000 per day.
    • Fast payouts. Cash in your hand within 48 hours!
    • No rejections as long as you have funds in your account
    • Interest on credit balances over $500.
    • Free online banking statements

Be assured that it's business as usual at Casino Action and we look forward to an exciting 2007!

    Regards,

    Trish

    Misplaced Optimism

This may be misplaced optimism. The situation is changing by the hour, and no US player can be sure that these alternative webwallets will continue to accept US players tomorrow, let alone in the future.

In the time between this going out to affiliates, and appearing here, Instadebit have pulled the plug, and no doubt the boards of the others are deliberating what to do. None of the others seem to have issued a release stating that they will continue to accept US customers for gaming related transfers.

EZIPay have rebranded, but someone mentioned their card is serviced by a Dakota based bank, and the heat may turn on them to pull EZIPay by next week.

The worst thing that has happened is that US players have seen their money trapped behind a financial "iron curtain" due to the speed of these actions, and total lack of any advance warning. This has happened almost every time a service has been lost to the US player.

One thing Casino Action CAN do though, is to promise that US players who take up the offered alternatives, but find their money trapped in a week or two, will be excused the usual "red tape" of "must go back to method of deposit" and "you have to be VIP to get a free courier cheque".

I have been unable to use payspark for 3 days now, and the Finally sent me this message:

    Thank you for contacting queries@CSC24Seven.com.

Please be advised that PaySpark and EZIPay do not permit or support transactions from countries where online gaming is considered illegal.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards

    The CSC24Seven Team
Can anyone confirm the same, or am I really the only one using Payspark?

    Hi Trish,

Could you take a look at my post regarding a US player funding Neteller from a foreign bank. Neteller indicates that such an account would not be a "US account" and a transfer from a US resident won't be denied if they are outside the US.

    The thread is here:

Could you have a look and comment there?
