Exclamation EFFECTIVE 1/17/07 CITADEL CLOSED TO US PLAYERS READ CHAT

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'CSR008'
CSR008: Hello, Citadel Support, how may I help you?
    you: hi
you: is it true you are no longer processing transactions for us customers
CSR008: Unfortunately we have to advise you that as of 3:00pm PST today, Citadel Commerce ceased processing US transactions originating from or going to non-US gaming merchants. Therefore, if you were planning on using our service to fund or cashout from an online gaming site that is based outside of the United States, we advise that you find an alternative payment method.
you: would that include an ach transfer from jackpotfactory group to my bank because it is already in process
CSR008: if its done today, it will be declined back to the merchant
CSR008: and you can just request the cashout a different way
you: ok thanks i will contact them immediately
