    Casino Affiliate Warning!!!

If you're a Casino Affiliate stay away from 400Affiliates program, in my opinion it is a total joke and a ripoff.

If your a player, I suggest you stay away, because if they will cheat a business partner they will cheat a player.

Over one thousand dollars in revenue last month with these guys and they send me $150... What a joke.

Oh ya they are certified by that affiliate program... you know the Casino Affiliate outfit that certifies any casino that pays them...

I should also note that 400affiliates did state that they were paying 40% of revenue, I just don't know how $150 works out to be 40% of $1000...

    Thanks for the warning.

What did 400Affiliates say when you contacted them about getting short paid?

    No Response at all.

I also sent them a note several weeks ago asking about the 'Fees' they charge affiliates. Again No response.

There was a $62.50 fee (not a chargeback) showing on my account and for the life of me I can't figure out how I owe the 400affiliate program a $62.50 fee.

Just a note to the casino affiliates out there...

This is a great example of why I run tests on all the new affiliate programs I start. This program had some great hype from some high profile webmasters when it launched... but the proof is in the pudding, so to speak.... Don't ever commit to a program till you KNOW they are honest...

Oh ya, I did start to get a bad feeling about these guys when it took over 2900 legit hits before I had a single conversion.

    Hi Guys,

My name is Rakesh, I have taken over as Affiliate Manager as of the 1st of Jan 2007. I was previously the manager of Adriches and more recently Casino Profit Share. Justin, the previous Affiliate Manager of 400Affiliates has moved on and is no longer with the organisation.

I generally do see most of the support issues relating to affiliate queries, but with the amount of development and launches we have this month, I don't read them all, and do let the support staff handle them.

If you are unhappy with any communication you have received from 400Affiliates - for whatever reason, please feel free to forward the onto me and I will address it personally.

    Regards
    Rakesh

    Hi lots0

Correct me if I am wrong, but we pay affiliates 50% revshare for the first 2 months (60 days) that a player is with us, and then after that they earn the affiliate between 25%-35% revshare, tiered.

The player sent was 2-3 months old, and earned 25% revshare.

    The break down is below.

    Wagered Revenue: $924
    Promotions : $324
    Wagering profit: $600
    25% of $600 = $150

As for the fees, they were not passed on. I haven't looked too deeply into what it was for - but at the end of the day, they were not passed on.

Please let me know if you have any questions, and please feel free to add me to any of the chats you may have, easier and faster to talk over the chats.

    Cheers
    Regards
    Rakesh

That sounds correct according to the program policies.

I think your statement is too harsh about 400, they have been top notch to affiliates since the start up, there have been a few bumps in the road but they have worked close with the affiliates and made changes.
This group has listened to us and they respect us as their partners, perhaps maybe try a bit harder to contact your affiliate manager next time and do a bit more research before calling a program out like this again.

    Cheers!

    Really...

Just how did the first and only player I get at your casino become an "old" account??? (Note: the time between the deposits and losses was only one month.)

and how did $1000 in deposits and player losses become $150 rev share, even at 25%?

I understand your trying to protect your company... but posting out right lies... come on...

Rakesh, just tell the truth... you are shorting me because I stopped promoting your casinos because of bad conversions.

I stopped sending you traffic and you don't want to send me all my money, cut and dried...

This group has listened to us and they respect us as their partners, perhaps maybe try a bit harder to contact your affiliate manager next time and do a bit more research before calling a program out like this again.
Gee thanks for the sales pitch... Maybe next time you should try to get ALL the facts before you spout off...

So the numbers they quoted weren't correct then? Were bonuses taken?
