The problem may lie in the stats available in the affiliate account management software (misinterpretation, lack of clarity in figures).

The age of the player may relate to when they signed up, and not the time of the first deposit. The wagering loss in the stats ($1000) looks like it was gross loss, including bonuses, whereas the scheme pays out on net losses.

The remaining issue is whether the payment should have been 50% or 25%, and would depend on whether the first 2 months is counted from sign-up or from first activity in the account.

If there is a problem with support, it should be looked at to see what has gone wrong, as it has lead to a derogatory thread that may have been avoided if support had better handled the initial query.
I'm afraid many of us tend to expect poor service from the online casino industry, and when things start going wrong patience is lacking, as often patience does not pay - only aggressive complaining seems to get results.

I do at least now know where Rakesh went after leaving Casino Profitshare, which was the affiliate scheme behind the initial 5 Casino Action casinos before they took over Phoenician and Nostalgia from Adriches.

I don't expect or want to get any money out of this.
I posted a warning to other affiliates based on my experience.
I did not post expecting to recoop my losses.
