Casino Enterprises, the company that runs Piggs Peak online casino, among other gambling sites, has appealed an adverse ruling by Pretoria High Court judge Willie Hartzenberg.

Just a further update, quoted out of an email from Piggs.

On Thursday 8th February 2007, in the High Court of South Africa (Transvaal Provincial Division), the Honourable Judge Hartzenberg, granted Piggs Peak Online Casino leave to appeal his November judgement.

This matter will now be heard in the Supreme Court of Appeals in Bloemfontein at a date to be allocated.
