Golden Palace And RNG Gaming Sign Over $1 Million Non-Exclusive License Agreement For RNG's Black Jack Tournaments Service

Deal marks cornerstone for RNG Gaming network as industry giant Golden Palace becomes RNG's first licensee

Wilmington, DE – November 6, 2006 - Zone4Play, Inc. ("Zone4Play" or the "Company") (OTCBB: ZFPI - News), a leading developer of interactive software and technology for the betting and gaming industry, announced today that its indirect subsidiary RNG Gaming Ltd ("RNG") has signed a non-exclusive license agreement valued at over $1 million with industry leader Golden Palace Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, which represents Zone4Play’s largest deal to date, Golden Palace will offer non-U.S. customers a new multiplayer Blackjack tournament service based on software developed by RNG Gaming.



The agreement allows for Golden Palace poker players to be integrated into a single E-Cash wallet, to enhance the cross-marketing opportunities between Golden Palace poker players and the new multiplayer blackjack tournament service. Golden Palace online poker players will be able to participate in the game by using their existing account without the need to re-register.



The deal valued at over $1M based on guaranteed fees and royalties marks the first license agreement for RNG Gaming and lays the cornerstone for RNG's multiplayer Blackjack network. RNG Gaming was established to further develop and license the Blackjack gaming technology through partnerships based on a license fee and revenue share.
