    One thing about Steve Wynn is that he is pretty much always looking on the bright side of things. Though being legally blind due to Macular Degeneration of the Retina (not Retinitis Pigmentosis) he has more vision than anyone in Las Vegas. It will probably be way too late when the people of Las Vegas finally wake up and truly understand the gift that Steve Wynn and his wife have given to that city with the lake and fountains in front of the Bellagio.
