Slotscharts is based in the US. Casinomeister is not.

I doubt Bryan will pull the site down.

GamesandCasino is going to continue exactly the same, with constant updates for US players and everything else.

It is now owned outside of the states.

There are many sites that are based outside of the states and will continue on. Only US sites are affected, and many of them are continuing for the time being.

Wow, blocking US visitors is really dumb. Couldn't they come up with some 'legal' content to serve Americans?

If you just want to see the content of slotcharts.com, you could try a proxy outside the US, for example, Anonymouse.org.

I actually had to try a proxy to see what Slotcharts looked like to US visitors... LOL...

As CM is away in Barcelona, I'll step in with a preliminary opinion - CM will continue to be available to US visitors for the foreseeable future. The information contained here is not a problem at all - and until the host is given a request to remove links or sites, I don't think anything is going to change.

This is an opinion - obviously CM will have the final say on what goes on here.

Meanwhile, regarding slots information, I hope Slotcharts will change their mind. My site (see signature) at present currently serves the US market. I have, however, implemented scripting to remove direct links to casinos for players located in the US. Advertising is still present, though that too will be changed before long. Otherwise, everything is exactly as it appears to non-US visitors.

This was not done because I feel that I am breaching any laws or regulations - it just occurs to me that there's no real point in providing links to casinos which aren't going to accept US play anyhow - besides which it ultimately will not be subject to the new legislation once I have changed the advertising. It's either that or move servers offshore... LOL...

Just to ease some fears here - Casinomeister is an information site that will continue to provide information and services to the online player/casino. The landscape of casinos listed here may change - but the service and forum will not.
