    In addition the landing pages are Empire regardless of who is serving the banner. Also entercasino owned by Tradal himself has a spammy affiliate.

    Thumbs down Lotso Dirt Bag

    Yeah I quess your right lotso I really am clueless. I have no idea what is going on, silly me. I should really spend the time to educate myself on these matters.

    But hey maybe if you are willing I can learn from you. I would love to be up to date on the IGP. Perhaps we could start with linux, I am having difficulty with this code

    #include
    # "
    # "
    # "
    #define path_mount/bin/unmount
    #define buffer_size 1024

    There is just something missing just don't know what. In any case I am not interested looking for spam pretty staight forward. Oh lets report this and that gets you no where. Attack at the freakin source instead of running around in circles like your typical neophyte.

    I really suggest you wise up a little. In my world your nothing but a little speck of empty matter. The past choices you have made speaks volumes. First you threaten the professor with physical violence,second you degrade dyhayman who has done more work on this spam issue than you could ever imagine, Third you have called CAP members a "joke" and now you have challenged my creditbility. Lotso you are [***].

    [***]

    Moderators I have no grievance with this forum and would not hold no bad feelings for kicking me out. I have violated your posting rules and am sorry. Lotso has been [***] for a while.

    Ok guys, that's it. Keep the mudslinging out of here, what was a useful thread is now turning into a farce.

    Jargon - a week for the smut which I have edited out.

    If you all don’t mind, One last post in this thread to answer the accusations hurled at me and then I will shut up, be quiet and let the spam fighting continue.

    1. First you threaten the professor with physical violence.

    Where I come from you act the way the this so called professor acted, you get punched in the nose.

    2. ...you degrade dyhayman

    I did not degrade dyhayman. I called him/her for stealing content. Well on second thought, I guess being called a thief is degrading, so I guess I am guilty... But hey, if the shoe fits...

    I have to say in your defense, you and dyhayman both seem to think that it is OK to steal content as long as you are trying to stop someone stealing content or search engine ranking from you... A rather moronic and at the same time ironic position to take in my opinion.

    3. ...you have called CAP members a "joke" and now you have challenged my creditbility.

    I think your posts here and elsewhere under all your different names demonstrate your credibility or lack thereof all by themselves, I certainly don’t need to challenge or question your Credibility.

    As far as my statement about the CAP members being a joke, I already addressed that, I guess you missed that.

    However, I should never make such sweeping generalizations, which are always wrong and included a lot of folks that I did not intend. It would have been much more accurate to say, “those few members of CAP are a joke”...

    Exclamation Warning

    Okay, this thread has spiraled into a pile of crap. Either keep it on track, or not at all. Any more dissing of CAP, webmasters, or whatever, will motivate me to upgrade this thread to closed.

    Dissing evil webmasters or evil aff programs happens, and is somewhat expected. But when you get personal...that's another thing.

    Geez, I just saw this and what a mess.

    What on earth is everyone fighting about?

    CAP is a great place for webmasters to learn and to resolve issues.

    Casinomeister is the same for players, and both groups are well advised to keep up with each other's issues because they are interwoven and affect both.

    When player issues are picked up by webmasters, they are dealt with on an additional level and it helps solve the problem, and vice versa.

    Bryan and the Professor have done a great service to these communities, and the cooperation has been fruitful, like with 888.

    This thread is about one of the issues affecting both groups and it is very useful.

    Personal items should not be brought into it and I think both parties of the argument were out of line in the way they reacted to each other and in things that were said.

    We have a common goal here, infighting is a bad thing, always, it stops progress.

    Casinomeister and CAP have cooperated on a number of issues with success, and that is the way it should be.

    Lots of good info has been brought to light here, lets get over personal issues and move forward.

    That said, is anyone else being floodded with Ambercoast mail? I get them continuously.

    Just to clarify a point that was made, CAP allows outside links and I have linked to Casinomeister from there many, many times. It is why I come here all the time, to understand what is happening at the player end of the situation, and to point issues out to webmasters.

    Some boards don't allow outside links, so some posters are reluctant to link.

    Hence there was a post made at CAP that only said "from another board" when referring to a Casinomeister post.

    Linking to comments made on other sites is what makes the internet such a dynamic and informative place, and IMO it is a good thing.

    Unfortunately it sometimes results in lots of messageboard spamming, and some places have adopted an intransigent attitude towards it.

    Just another mess we can thank spammers for.

    OK - To get this back on track.....

    I have seen the amount of Plone spam (spamming of websites that use the Plone CMS, Content Management System) decrease significantly and Plone spam is now re-directed towards different industries: Pharmaceuticals and Finance mostly.

    I AM, however, beginning to see NONSENSE spam popping up all over the place now. This spam is like:

    888.Com Affiliate: 374792 (I think)
    xxxhttp://casinobonus.blogdrive.com/

    There is a crap-load of this stuff popping up all over the web right now. A bunch of nonsense with keywords in it. It REALLY sucks. They are using blogs such as: blogdrive, blogspot (blogger), profiles from sites that allow it, bloglines, and others.

    BUT - It is NOT CPays so far as I can tell. AND - I have not seen the 'aimer' user for a while. I have to keep looking, though, as maybe that affiliate is going after the lower hanging fruit now.
