Just wondering because while playing Alladins Wishes I was no longer able to spin due this error box"Progressive Casino Balance Error" popping up. I tried other games as well but the same thing happened.

I did contact Support and the Manager to see what's going on. Never had this happen before.

That said, I just wanted to know if I'm the only one this is happening to?

I would just really like a rep to tell me whats going on.

Is the casino down?

I'm not trying to be a bother since INetbet is one of my favorite casinos, but I would really like someone from INetbet...no anyone from Inetbet to please respond to either my emails or call back.

Thank you kindly

Strictly on the 'error' issue while I havent as yet encountered your problem , over the past week all RTG slots have either been running very slowly or disconnection occurs frequently.

Inetbet support, as with nearly all other rtg casinos' support, dont have a clue when queried on tech problems. PM Dogboy if you want to know the true picture and have it fixed. Support staff at the rtgs dont admit to there being tech problems and even if they do they cant fix it nor can they speed things up.

I have encountered this error on more than one occasion on Progressives. Try restarting your computer and if it happens again, they are having problems with the Progressive games. It usually doesn't last for a long-period of time.

They have replied to my emails today within 15 minutes so perhaps they were waiting for feedback from tech support.

Thanks for the the replys.

I was somewhat freaking out thinking, "were they seized," or if it was something I did:rolleyes:: lol

I do take comfort in knowing that this has happened before so I'll just wait it out. Also, I did restart my computer but unfortunately the problem still exist. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soooonnnn. I was doing so well on Alladin Wishes...lol

can they now work on your email issues? and your lack of communication issues?

I doubt it, it seems only the forum members acknowledge the issues, they had ample opportunity to involve themselves a while back but choose to stay silent. I think consensus would say that if you choose to support them then be prepared for communication issues noted numerous times in the past, with the state of online gaming today a lot seems to be forgiven with Inet because they do pay and generally quickly.

when i read the thread i belive you talk of another casino....i was with inetbet several years and the support answer was always fast...few days ago i contact the support and i have the answer to my query only after 30 minuts maybe is a problem of your email andress provider or something else ? i don't think inetbet won't answer you deliberately...

This might explain the email issue, but ignoring a call back request CANNOT be blamed on email issues, as the request is made through the website.

iNetBet already know that their players seem to suffer a disproportionate level of email problems compared to other casinos, yet they do nothing in the way of investigating why this should be, but instead shift the blame to the player's own email provider.

If promotional emails get through, I don't believe that support emails would get blocked, as any blocking is designed to filter out the spam, so the first thing to get blocked would be those mass promotional emails, not the one on one exchange between player and support. It's more a case of support never sending a reply, rather than it getting blocked.

iNetBet usually say this is because they never received the email from the player, yet if this was so, the player would eventually get a "bounce" error with an error code as to why the email failed to make it. Only where the email got blocked by INTERNAL systems at iNetBet would no bounce message be generated, and this puts the fault squarely with iNetBet and their own system configurations.

It is a problem that has dragged on for YEARS, and we are no closer to a solution.

There is bound to be a reason why some players have a bad experience, and others a good one, but until someone finds out what it is and tells us, there is no way to know what to do to change a bad experience into a good one.

We do know that certain email providers are more prone to such problems than others, but none will even admit it, let alone explain why some customers have more problems than others, and what they might do about it.

As for the failed callback, maybe the player's phone company blocked it:rolleyes:

I actually discovered last week that my primary email addy from my ISP is not receiving or blocking incoming emails from support at inetbet.

I can send, and they receive and respond, but I don't get the reply. I know they reply as they forwarded them to a different email upon my request....and presto my new email (different ISP) works like a charm. Quick responses every time since.

Soooo....the question remains....WHERE is the issue being generated? If this happened to me only, I would blame my incoming mail server....but considering its widespread, could it be inetbets servers or email? I'm not an expert in this field.

If it was at iNetBet's end, the problem would not go away just because your changed email provider. It could be that iNetBet's email provider is incompatible with your primary one, and emails just don't get recognised, let alone blocked. It could be a problem with how iNetBet has configured their outgoing mails, having done something that doesn't work with all email services, yet is a legitimate configuration as far as they are concerned.

Lastly, your primary ISP could simply be lying, and they DO have a filter on incoming emails that operates ahead of any spam filters or whitelist settings, perhaps a result of iNetBet's email address, domain, server or gateway being on a blacklist for spamming.

If this issue can be pinned down, it would also help with the problem of blocking in the other direction, where iNetBet never receives the emails.

The whole thing is down to the unreliability of the email service as a whole, and this is only set to become even more unreliable. It is the sole reliance on email with iNetBet that makes this such a BIG problem. At other casinos, there are always alternatives where it seems email has failed to deliver.
