888 cashout issue

hi i play on alot of live casino sites basically what happend is i deposited to my 888 account trough paypal i won £8500 cashed it out but in the mean time paypal limited my account and will not send or recive any payments so now i owe 888 £1200 an they have a cashout of £8500 of mine does anyone know what will happen i got an email from the operations department saying they tried to take funds out of paypal an where declined so now im guessing i pay the amount owed from my bankcard an they then process my cashout or take the amount owed out of my cashout i emailed them back but i havnt herd nothing its been 48hrs now i just want to resolve this do you think there is anyway they can say im not havein my money ?? i ment to say the cashout was processed an they told me it was paid can they stop it if they want to ??

ok thanks very much for your help ill message her now im new to forums so i hope im doing the right thing basically its like i lost my bankcard an have to pay a diffrant way just its paypal an not a card i hope they cant say your not haveing your cash out

sounds like you will be in good hands with Rachel. I am not a huge fan of 888 casino, but have never had any issues with cashing out.

so i now this is probably a silly question but what does rachel do exactly ? does anyone think they will say deposit the 1200 i owe them that i won with an void my cashout ? its a genuine mistake paypal messed me up hopefully 888 say pay the 1200 i owe them an then thy will process the 8500 cashout ?

Did you use e-check or anything like this? Or did you pay the deposit with a paypal balance? If you paid with paypal balance I think there should be no problems. If you paid with a check that bounced (doesnt matter if its yours or paypals fault) or something like that I don't think you will get paid.

Please let us know exactly how you can owe them 1200? Without this info it's impossible to know.

Just OOC, why did paypal slap this limit on you? It's not something I've come across before and I'm assuming they gave you a good reason.

If it was all just a simple misunderstanding I'm sure Rachel will do all she can to sort it to your satisfaction. You may need a little patience though. I know how hard that is... especially when large sums of money are concerned... but like the Guinness ads say, ''Good things come to those who wait''

yeah basically i sold some stuff on ebay they paid me i used the money in my paypal balance to deposit onto 888 in the mean time 888 took some of the transactions an not others they show as pending in my paypal but then paypal has limited my account and put the money back into my paypal balance an will be holding the money for 180 days therefor 888 cant take there money i just had an email back from the operations team sayin

As of late yesterday evening, PayPal has advised us that there are outstanding issues pending with them. If this is not the case, we will try to capture the funds within the next 48 hours. If you have not contacted them, you will need to do so before we can attempt to capture or take the amounts from your account. In order to receive the winnings which we are sending to your PayPal account, resolving your account with them will ensure that you receive this money to your PayPal account and we in turn can collect the amount for the deposits.

i clearer said in my email to the operations team that paypal have limited my account so is there another way of me paying off the amount owed like via my debit card or take the money out of the £8500, this isnt my fault at all i havnt done anything wrong just paypal decided to limit my account because of a dispute with an ebay buyer thats all an they have told me it permantly limited so no chance of getting it open again and after 180 days i will be able to withdraw the funds thats in that account
