Question club world casino slow verification?

hello first of all i would like to say this forum is awesome and love what you guys do with all the accreditation and everything. i just started playing online and saw that club world casino was a top 3 casino rated here so i gave it a try. i got lucky and won big after a couple of hits and decided i wanted to withdraw a bit out so i started to do my account verification. i sent everything (bank statement, id, verification form, credit card) to both support@clubworldcasinos.com and cashier@clubworldcasinos.com after talking to support and funny enough apparently they haven't received my emails at all. i don't know if they're just beating around the bush or what but it makes it feel like it. i doubt in this day and age that a simple email, especially after two sends to both emails, still get lost. i've talked to support numerous times. they told me to wait 15mins, then 30mins, i come back in 5 hours and they still haven't received the email. anyone else having this issue?

I don't really know what to tell ya because I've been verified so long I don't have to send in docs anymore. But I was having trouble with receiving emails from Club World and also sending emails to them thru my gmail account. I have to send all casino emails thru my yahoo account or they don't get them.

I don't know if that could be your problem or not but I would try sending all info from another email address.

Hotmail should be ok as I use it as well. However, while All Star Slots, which is part of CW, is able to send emails to my hotmail account, for some unknown reason, CW casino itself fails to do so. I would suggest yahoo if you want to ensure a steady flow of communication.

Though unrelated to this issue, I wish to state that no matter how hard they tried, Slotocash was never able to send any emails to my hotmail account once they switched to RTG. My new password was only conveyed to me via pm in this forum. Could this possibly be an RTG issue? Never had problems with other rtg groups though and I receive promos almost daily from the JC group.

Yup! I had a massive headache trying to get my account verified. I sent the same old documents over and over again and they apparently werent getting them. I was getting really wild! I mean this is confidential, financial documents I was sending out and apparently they were lost in cyber space.

In the end, I just sent one document at a time. Apparently their servers can only accept a certain size, I gather if the file is too big - it is rejected.

What you want to do ( and what I did... lol) is try to catch an actual 'cashier' online on their chat thing, and then send each document from there (Note: whilst they are online) they can then confirm when they receive each document and whether they think each document will pass. And believe me thats another heachache in the making

Too blurry, too small, not clear enough blah blah. The good thing is if you are processing documents while a cashier is online, you can redo and resend there and then Thats what I did in the end

Glad I could be of help Apparently its the same with most casinos email servers. File can only be a certain size else its rejected and the casino doesn't receive it. So probably best to remember that for future references, saves lots of headaches

CWC is a good group so you should have no problems getting paid. They aren't particularly fast and their email communication is not great, but they are trustworthy and always pay.
