This is why people are often irritated with the withdrawal process

First of all, this is my recent experience, no more, no less. And, I am fully aware of the verification process.

Played the CWC free chip at High Noon on 12/25 thinking I didn't have a snowballs chance in X#$% of cashing out. To my surprise I could cash out the max (250). O.K. I have been verified at a few CWC casinos but not High Noon and haven't played for over a year so figured I would have to resend docs. Did that (passport, drivers license and had them email the verification form). Knew that Monday was a holiday...no problem. Get an email from the cashier they wanted a copy of my cc, again, no problem. Attached it to his email and sent it right away.

This was early AM Mid West time (6 hours later CWC time). Checked back later that day and they hadn't received it. No response to email had to use live chat.

Wednesday, same question...emailed cashier and no answer. Jumped on live chat three or four times until they were back from lunch...no dice. They still didn't have it. Sent it again.

Today (Thursday)...get up at the crack of dawn to get a hold of them and guess what? Spent 15 minutes on live chat until they tracked down my email. Now, in the meantime they have put my whopping $250 BACK into my account and I have to start the withdrawal process all over. We all know this means (due to the extended holiday weekend) no one is going to look at it until sometime next week. This translates into me getting my withdrawal sometime 2-3 weeks after requesting it.

Now, for the love of gambling...I am not condemning them, I am just saying if I had deposited I would be really P.O.'d. It was a free chip but if this happens on a regular basis then they need a little help.

This is what turns people off....that's all.

They DID receive it then, but lost it, along with your documents. This seems to happen too often at too many casinos, yet they don't see a problem with the current system. Players often get cynical and remark how "convenient" the situation is for the casino as it allows them to stall over a second holiday period or weekend.

If they found it after 15minutes on live chat, it was there to be found earlier on, yet they didn't look properly, why?

The good thing is that you WILL get pad, the bad thing is how timeconsuming it is.
I wish that more casinos could learn that things like this really looses alot of players.
I myself only play at 32red (and sisters) 3dice, Omni, and Inetbet... AND wh`? Because i never have to wait long if I amlucky enough to win!!!

I would never play again at a casino that takes weeks (not even one week) to pay out a win... (unless it is the first cashout and your not verified but even then a week is tooo long)

Nah ö . I am sticking to the ones I know treat me good!

I totally agree. And I'm sorry, but free chip or no, I'd be HIGHLY irritated. And I'm talking about all the contortions necessary to get sensitive documents to the proper people. You sent these things... how many times?? So where the hell did they go during a couple days' time? I am assuming they didn't bounce back to you as undeliverable?

    Congrats on the win, btw!

@Vinyl.....I emailed them Tuesday, Wednesday and was on chat and then again this morning. the non response to my email asking them if they had received a clear copy was the most annoying as I know until they have that clear piece of paper the clock does NOT start ticking to the payout.

Mousey....That was a question in my mind! Where was that email for three days that was suddenly "found" after getting a little annoyed. And thanks...I was really surprised but Mystic Dragon pulled through on a $.50 bet!

I know what you're talking about.

I know the feeling, on the 23rd, I submitted a cashout with Highnoon, it wasn't processed so I have been reversing it back and forth, everyday it still does not get processed. So it will be late next week before I see anything. I have been verified at all CWC's and now it is just a waiting game.

I just found out a few minutes ago that when you reverse your withdrawal it starts the process all over again. So I won't be doing that again. I have to wonder what kind of excuse I am going to get when they finally do get around to processing it, after reading all the stuff on here.

I will update when I hear something.

Yeah I was considering depositing on a couple poker sites, but looking at 2+2, it appears even the biggest ones open to the US are taking 4-6 weeks to process withdrawals. Not a problem if you do poker as an ongoing hobby, I suppose, but if you are like me and want to have some fun and if you are lucky, some quick cash, that is simply not acceptable. Frankly, anything more than a week is unacceptable, IMO.

So back to 3Dice I go. Which is fine with me, I enjoy playing there, even if they don't offer poker.

I haven't had too many problems on Club World casinos with regard to withdrawals, so I continue to keep them on my shortlist. Sorry to hear you are having such problems. Let us know when it's resolved.

Fortunately it wouldn't do me any good to reverse it since it has a max cashout (thank God) otherwise I wouldn't have had to bother withdrawing...I would have lost it all I took a tourney win at Rushmore and ran it up to 3500 and blew it all reversing because I knew it was going to take months to get it...but I digress...it is just a PITA jumping through those damn hoops

Yea, I have a pending w/d from High Noon ($1003) and Club W ($1700) from this past Christmas weekend. I asked both casinos via live chat if they verified my docs, they said yes I that my docs were verified. Of course i kept both copies of the chat for my records. I have no doubt that I will get paid.

The only thing that's a little bit frustrating is that my w/d's have just been sitting there for over 3 days, just begging for me to reverse them. I understand that they are probably a little backed up from the time off, and for all I care take a couple of more days before they are completely processed, but I would appreciate it if they could at least approve them and get them to a place where I couldn't reverse them. Although I am determined not to let that happen.

My main complaint, outside of piss poor play results with this group, has been that the cashier seems to think they are exempt from needing to give people a proper email response. I have had several times where I emailed the cashier and never got a response back. I've had to log in and ask live chat reps to confirm that my docs were in order. They, therefore, have been on my shortlist of casinos I intend to uninstall after the first of the year. I'm still granting them grace to buck up and do it right.
