I think oldtrvlagt and Mousey have VERY valid concerns. Holiday or not, if you are going to be running a business, accepting deposits, you need to have reliable people working/handling this sensitive information. I can understand about a delay in processing a payout (everyone deserves time to observe the holidays), but at least acknowledge you have received the verification docs.

An update which is no update. LOL

I sent a followup email to cashier@clubworldcasinos simply asking if my updated docs (sent to them on or about Jan 1) had been received. Two working days later and still no reply.

NOTE: I do NOT have a cashout pending. If I did, I'd be more than just a little ticked off.

Before someone tells me to contact the Rep.... Dammit, we shouldn't HAVE to contact the forum rep just to find out if our documents were received. Note that my question is whether the docs were 'received'... not were they approved or verified ... just... 'were they received?'

I am not 'bashing' CW. I have always liked CW. They and INetBet were always the top of the heap in the RTG morass. But they really, really, really need to get their sh*t together when it comes to communication with players.

I've played out whatever bit was left on my card. And I don't think I'll be playing anywhere online again for awhile. What's the old song... ? 'the thrill is gone'... LOL Maybe by the end of another 2 year hiatus I can sit here and play online without wondering if the DOJ will steal... er... 'seize' my gambling money -- and online casino cashier departments will actually answer emails concerning sensitive documents.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

    I agree.

It is unacceptable, unprofessional and rude to ignore emails. If the cashiers don't have time to reply, they should forward the email to support to do it. Mind you, I don't know why they can't spare 30 seconds to say "your documents are all in order".

You're right, nobody should have to contact a forum rep to get something this simple sorted.

It's become a disturbing trend at CWC and I don't like it.

I feel like you may be the equivalent of my "broken record" here Mousey, so I thank you. I say that sincerely.

I have pm'ed, I have posted, I have contacted support. I have essentially done it all. It does get the job done BUT, only after many hours of my time have been consumed.

Yes, well, today is January 10th and I still don't have my withdrawal. I never did receive ANY mail from the cashier, it was only after checking the cashier page and asking a CSR did I find out that my withdrawal was processed.

This is exhausting....I thought it would be a lot easier with CWC. Granted I will get paid probably this week but it took some effort.

Good news.....this drama has come to an end. Received the ACH deposit this morning. As you all can see I am not impressed with what went on. I realize we have to live with some inconvenience since we are in the U.S. but I still think that the communication has a long way to go.

Slow pay or no pay not sure

I am having the same problem.I got free chips from 4 of the club world casinos, and cashed out on two of them.I have been waiting since dec 26th on one of them, and a few days later on the other one.IF these sites treat everyone the way im being treated,i think people should take a second look at playing them.Im giving them 2 more days for my money to be put into my checking account, and if not im contacting the rep here. The thing about it is i wanted to make a deposit back in one of the sites, but im sure not going to now.Read on there web site what they say about cashing out, what a joke.Fast easy pay outs, ya right. There suppose to be a trusted, casino group, but im not sure this is true.

I want to let everyone know that i did receive my ach withdrawl on friday the 20th,so it was over 3 weeks for me to receive my money.I caught hell here from some of the members, for making snide remarks, about Club World for not paying on time, and when i say on time im just going on what the advertize on there site.I dont think one is making snide remarks, when all you do is state facts. They won an award here, and they werent paying anyone. If i made a deposit there, and they waited over 3 weeks for me to get the money to them,im sure they would not let me play.Well doesnt matter i received 467 for two free chips,so thanks Club World,i will try again, since i have already made a depsosit, but if i get lucky again, and wait 3 weeks the next time,no more Club World for me.

Frankly, anything more than a week is unacceptable, IMO.

So back to 3Dice I go. Which is fine with me, I enjoy playing there, even if they don't offer poker.

I haven't had too many problems on Club World casinos with regard to withdrawals, so I continue to keep them on my shortlist. Sorry to hear you are having such problems. Let us know when it's resolved.
