On 30 September I requested a withdrawal of $1,000 USD. I was told it would take 18 days for approval. On 17 November(48 days later) I was told it was sent to me. I requested wire transfer directly to my bank account but as of today, nothing has showed up in my account or my mailbox. in an email on 27 November, Rialto Casino said they sent it on 17 Nonember. Where is it? No response from them of course. All my hard earned money I have deposited there and then I get this in response. I am so disappointed.

Yes, it is a Top Game Casino and I was playing there before I discovered Casinomeister. I want to say that the rep PM'd me and the issue has been resolved. I was paid $150 via check from a Canadian Company last week which I thought was a rebate for a cell phone I purchased. Turns out that was my payment from Rialto - I was a victim of the 10X bonus max payment rule! Will read terms and conditions more carefully next time I choose to play a new casino. I will not be playing Topgame anymore obviously. I just spent 2 hours reading the thread about why the TopGame sites were all attacked and learned so many things by reading that material!!

If you spend enough time on this forum, Debbie, you will learn a whole lot more about online casinos and I can all but guarantee you your next experience will be much, much better.

Well I have to say that although the rep seems helpful and the 10x max cashout rule isn't really out of line on a ND bonus, there are a couple of things that would keep me from playing at this casino.

First obviously, is all the hooplah surrounding all the TopGame casinos lately and not knowing where this one fits in. And more importantly from a player's standpoint, come ON - 18 days for approval? That's ridiculous enough, but the fact that it took 30 days on top of that before the WD was even sent, especially considering that this was only a $150 withdrawal, that's completely unacceptable IMO.

To the OP, I'm glad that you got it sorted, too bad you didn't find out about the max cashout til after waiting all that time though.
