    Self Exclusion Problem

    Hi all,

Is it normal for a reputable online casino to not be able to exclude you from playing there because you don't have an account with them?

    Regards, tommo

It will probably depend on what back-office system they use. For example, if they have to turn an account "off" then they will probably need to have an account set up in the first place to do so. Microgaming, RTG, Playtech [etc] provide the software (although some of the bookies may use customised alternatives) so the casinos will undoubtedly be dependent on what the software can do.

The only alternative I can think of is local software you install on your end, like Gamblock.
