That's how I understand it too...they removed the 220 something bonus, and left the 300 in your account to withdraw....but you chose not to. How is the casino to be blamed for that ?
It clearly says "Play Bonus removal withdrawal approved", which means they removed the bonus money, and the rest is yours to do whatever you want with, as far as I know.
