    Thank you Steve.

You can actually try to recover your deposits from the casino. For this, you will need to contact your bank (card provider) and ask them to initiate chargebacks on the transactions. If they accept the case, they will in turn contact us and provide us with some information and documents which are required in these circumstances.

The process will be launched and hopefully you can at least recover the amounts you deposited.

Wishing you good luck and all the best.

Yes, well Amy from AquaPay isn't the one who isn't going to be able to deposit at 99% of online casinos afterwards, and possibly even have winnings confiscated after security checks.

    Think vewy vewy carefully.

I'm sorry Nifty I didn't mean that as it sounded - I guess I am pretty sure the PAB will fail, the casino will continue to ignore me and I will not get a penny.

At this point I would be happy to get my initial deposits back at the risk of never playing online any more.

Your advice I have taken on board and the chargeback will be the very, very last resort though so let's hope it doesn't come to that!

It seems odd that the processor is helping you navigate the chargeback process. This casino must be VERY rogue indeed, and although Aquapay is helping you as though this is a "routine" matter, they are STILL luring players to the slaughter by continuing to act as a processor for this casino.

It is highly unusual for a casino not to refund deposits in such circumstances, and usually this is done when they make a final ruling not to pay you any winnings. Some rogue casinos WILL pay up, eventually, but you are talking MONTHS.

I expect Max feels there is no real chance of a PAB being dealt with by the casino, which is why he hasn't simply told you to not even THINK about a chargeback. If you can persuade the casino to refund your deposits at the last minute, you will avoid having a chargeback on your record.

With this in mind, and when you are certain that you have tried everything else, inform the casino that you have "taken the matter up with your card issuer under the consumer credit act" and have asked them to intervene on your behalf. Do this shortly before you ACTUALLY go to your bank and file a formal dispute. This may have the desired effect of having the casino return your deposit so as to avoid suffering the huge penalties that their processor will impose on them for a chargeback. It may be best to get advice independent of your bank before telling your bank.

If you end up having to resort to a chargeback, this is bound to cause you problems in the future at quite a few casinos. It's because of the huge penalties imposed by processors that casinos don't like taking on players with a history of chargebacks on their record.
