Club World Group and the mysterious switching customers to Fun Mode after a win

2nd time this has happened to me at Lucky Red. Payout issues to go along with it if you ever win that is. Be very careful playing at any of their casinos now

I've played at CW a lot and this has never happened to me?

I don't think I've ever seen fun mode at CW either as I never use it.

Do you use fun mode a lot when you run out of funds? Is it possible you have logged in to fun mode by accident?

Just seems odd that they would go to the trouble of singling you out and 'messing' with you by switching you back and forth from 'fun' to 'real' mode!

They must have a lot of time on their hands is all i could say about it if it were indeed happening(unlikely!)

    Cheers

There is a fun mode. I have tried a few games on it, but they continuously automatically disconnect you after a while.

You often get the message, 'You have been disconnected by an Administrator'... Hmmm??

When I was new to online gambling I played at Cirrus. It happened all the time there when playing with a free chip. It would always say 'Your session has been disconnected by an administrator'.
There were also jerky reels that just spun funny(hard to explain but it definately happened!)

After I learned that Cirrus was rogue(Thanks CM!) I assumed to myself that it was them booting me off if I ever won a little something as that is when it seemed to happened! Only played there a few Weeks before I found CM and subsequently some sense!

Point being that it happened in real play mode for me.... Albeit with a free chip though!

    Cheers

I would never get disconnected playing in real... but then again, I have never won at ClubWorld..

The disconnection is not down to a server issue... it is quite obvious you are deliberately being disconnected...

What does their rep or CS say about this issue?
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

I would say it is nonsense why would we mysteriously change your session to Fun Money after a win? There is just no reason to do so! The only way to get into Fun Mode is to logout of the casino and then log back in having selected ‘Play for Fun’ on the log in screen.

If you are playing for Fun Money you will get automatically disconnected after 30mins by a job that runs on the server - the message that pops up is the ‘disconnected by administrator’. The only reason we do this is that we have a huge number of players using the fun money mode and many of them leave their sessions open indefinitely. This affects the performance of our servers / bandwidth etc. and causes slowness for the real money players.

If you are logged out of Fun Mode there are no restrictions on simply logging back in, and of course you will not be automatically disconnected if you are playing for Real Money.

    Regards
    Tom

I dont believe its true either. However, I would not describe it as nonsense. Glitches are possible for every software and I had found some myself at RTG, Playtech and Rival. Dave was only relating his experiences to us and if what he says has a grain of truth we should be vigilant in case it happens to us. I agree its highly improbable but not impossible by any means.

There is something going on. I have had that message disconnected by administrator when playing in real mode about a month ago. Did it twice when I was playing. I was doing well on VP then got that twice.

Why I was I being disconnected ? Makes no sense. If its a glitch, should look into it.
