    sorry what i mean is i am a new customer but didnt take a bonus cos i didnt want to get involved in a wagering requirement

    they had to pay otherwise it would have opened the door for anyone who is selfexcluded. Also if self excluded how can i open an account let alone deposit and play. They knew that because they couldnt argue that if your self excluded and lose you get your money back instead they keep it which in my case i deposited approx a year ago and lost whilst they claim self excluded. Did they ring me up and tell me no. they knew that so they knew they wouldnt have a leg to stand on hence why i got paid
