    just registered at sports interaction

Hugely disappointed to find they both showed my password as plain text on screen after registering and also sent it as plain text on a welcome email. Bloody amateur hour, I dont trust them with secure info now.

It says in Rules section at Sportsinteraction that all withdrawals from casino and poker will stay pending for 4 business days and will be processed on 5th.
So with a weekend in the middle, it takes almost a week to get paid.
What's everyone's opinion in this one...thinking they'll probably be accredited soon?
Don't shoot the messenger...there was discussion about Omni Casino having similar rules so I thought I'd ask.

To make a withdrawal, from our Casino & Poker cashier, choose the "Withdraw" option and enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. All Casino and Poker withdrawals will be in pending status with Sports Interaction Casino for 4 business days, then on the 5th day the withdrawal will be processed.

I actually closed my account with them due to this, Bet365 does not have this policy so I know it is not a Playtech thing. I do not believe a casino should be accredited with these policies, they can make every excuse under the sun but the only reason is so players will reverse. I brought this up with the casino and they gave me the casino fairness blah blah blah speech but no other explanation.

I guess SIA is reading, Amanda from the customer service team emailed me and has lifted the 4 day wait on my account, this to me is a good thing, they are listening to the players.

You clearly haven't joined any sportsbooks before. This is standard in the industry. Wait until you are asked over live chat or the phone for your password.

I have been joining sportsbooks since 2002 thank you very much. I have NEVER been asked for my password over the phone or live chat from any reputable sportsbook. The plain text thing has happened once or twice before, but only from small time operators. It shows the password is stored unsecurely and anyone there can read it. This is not standard and is a huge security hole.

    Your two statements are incongruous.
