What changed with club world casino?? Won't send my money

I have been waiting since May 31st for my ACH from CWC. I received an email a day or two after my withdrawal saying my $650.00 was approved and I would receive my funds in 1-3 business days. I did not get my money so I emailed and asked why, they told me it could take 3-5 business days. Still no money in my bank account. I emailed them again and they said they have a new company and they are slow it will would take up to 10 business days. Now it has been past 10 business days and I did not get a response to my last email nor have I received my funds. I called this evening and was told it should be in my account Monday or Tuesday morning. They use to have quick withdrawals and good customer service that is why I played at their casino and of course the acreditdation from from this site. I am so disappointed. I will post if and when I get my money. Has anyone else had similiar problems lately?

As Casinomeister has explained and many members have discussed in other threads, there are and are going to be significant delays in payments to US players as a result of recent funds seizures.

Club World have also said they had trouble with their ACH processor and have since changed to a different one, but anyone whose cashouts have already been processed will unfortunately have to wait.

It would also be appreciated if you didn't type in all caps.

    Club World , High Noon

I did a withdrawal by ACH at High Noon for 4,000.00,which is part of the 7,000.00 I won on the Random Jackpot. It was approved on June 3rd and have still not received it. First they said 3 business days, then I received and email saying up to 10 days, still nothing. I did a check withdrawal on June 10th for 2500.00 of the remaining 3000.00 and received that on June 16th . I wish I would have done the other withdrawal that way. They say not to worry that I will get my money, but it is hard not to because I lost 2 withdrawals for a total of 1500.00 with the QT problem.

Ummmm.....did you read what I just posted?

It's obvious that they are going to pay as they already have, so you just need to be patient for a few days longer I suspect.

    Not only US players.

I also have a (small) cashout pending for about a week now and it hasn't even been approved. Usually it's approved and paid in a day, sometimes it takes a week.
It's to NETELLER so no known delays there.
... and proud of it !

    Nifty,

I dont think you should be the one to do the explaining as this is the job of the CWC i-gaming reps on this forum. There are several threads on late payments from this group and some players do not originate from the US either. Their silence is deafening so I believe if they treasure their repuation they should come out and say a few words. I dont doubt that what you say may be the truth but shouldnt it come from their mouths?

This is a forum for discussions. If the OP only wants feedback from a rep, then he should have sent him a PM

Well that's not good enough by a long shot.

I get the USA bit, but everything else should be 48 hours max. If this is becoming the norm, then their accreditation should be reviewed as that is unacceptable.

Chu, I hear you and understand. Greedygirl posted something from her discussion with CW in another thread, but you're right in saying that they should post something here. Trouble is, they'll get a bunch of morons throwing insults at them and making a scene. It's probably why they haven't done it.

FWIW ... the CW rep can be found HERE

Over on the left, click Send Private Message

As always, please be polite, give pertinent information, and be patient -- it is the weekend.

    Good luck.

and a p.s. ... Mousey's proverbial cliché for the day: Don't count your chickens before they've hatched. Casino withdrawals (especially for USA players) should never be counted on, or 'spent' before received and fully cleared.
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.
