Hi all,
i'm new here post that why is good thread my apology for that.
Here is a littel story about this casino, I did reverse withdrawal of $800 and starting play on king of swing slot bet $6.25 didn't get nothing special then i reise my bet to $12.50 got a littel win and then again reise bet to $25win again and reise to bet $62.50 win about more then $2000 in my balance still playing , was lossing then .I was down to $500 and change my bet to $25 spin 2 or 3 times and got luck 5 stadions with last on line extra tripple wild and 5 pindas I thing that is call, i see win $4.690..00 of so then I made screenshot but suprise I don't see is coming on my balance .I left the game go to cashier to check whats going on ,in cashier was nothing showing on , then I back to King of Swing slot and then is still showing my winning but not on my balance , I dicide to spin 1 or 2 times maybe that is some error nothing happend winning disapired . I go to live chat to ask whats goin on why I did win and was not credited to my balance? i got respond that they will contact with IT tech team to check it. i was waiting to get response from casino but didn't heard nothing and I was go to live chat to speak again , I did ask do they heard something from It tech team and said yes but they didn't find nothing regreading my winning , it was never happend that is my imagination.
I send the screenshot but is very bad but you can see the combination only not the balance , bet size and winning. They said is not good enough for them.
I don't know what can I do more, I treid to get better with photoshop but I don't know how to do that .

any help please

It's unfortunate that your screenshot is of such poor quality.
You should contact the casino rep listed here clubworld.

Do you have the original photo you took? (Before you circled the winnings)

yes i have orginal photo and i'm still in contact with casino I did request to duble check my history tech team if it's possible deeper check.

Editing jpegs tend to make the quality even worse.

Did they send you your game logs for that slot?
