slotastic software issue?

a little while ago, i was on my last spin of the free spin feature on slotastic's ocean dreams video slot when i gort 5 of a kind of sea shells w/c the payout table says should pay 250 credits..x 2 on free spins =500$ as i was playing 1$/credit...i couldn't believe it when my total for the free spins only showed 40$+....& my overall total at 130$...so i started chat right away to point this out while i took my snipping tool to save the image...the manager took a look & told me she doesn;t see the win on her screen but she will take it up w/ the software /casino provider & get back to me in 72 hrs...that's the long & short of my interesting incident this morning & now i'm waiting for them to get back at me, as promised...i hope everything turns out good for everybody...
p.s.(thank God i caught that one,...you really have to be aware of every spin because unexpected things can happen any time,huh) )..

I think you are getting confused with how the paytable works.

5 shells pays 250 credits which is $2.50 not $250 and in free spins that would be 500 credit = $5 or if you got them with the gold dolphin 1000 credits = $10

so your bet of 4x25c = $1.00 per spin would return you $40 on that spin which is correct.
