They are really some problems at slotocash and desertnight casinos.

I noticed the live chat doesnt work anymore since weeks: "Your request could not be completed, as the account you are attempting to reach is no longer active."

And on Desertnight casino each time you select a method to do a withdrawal via all e-wallets it says that their limit is reached, since months...

And I dont talk about others things like when you select a bonus and choose a method of payment it says you have not selected a method which qualified the bonus, ect...

You are not alone. Others have commented on this recent decline in a once highly rated independent Rival casino. Problems with their live chat never seeming to be working is one of the main gripes, but it seems you have highlighted a couple of other problems.

Having all attempts to withdraw blocked because other players have seemingly used up all the cash reserves available for that method is the most worrying of all.

The impossible to claim bonus is bordering on bait & switch if the terms do not mention anything about which deposit methods qualify.
