    Has anyone tried DiamondVIP Casino??

At first I had no problems, But after several withdrawals the third one took weeks and a helping hand from the Customer VIP Manager I finally received my winnings. Then in Dec. after a long play I was up over $700. so I put in for a withdrawal again. Since then I haven't received any $ Even after live chats, phone calls and emails to Cust.Support, Finance and the Cust.VIP Mngr. But everyone tells me not to worry I will get my money! But they just don't have an answer to when???????? does anyone have any input about this casino & Problem??? They never get back to me with any info!

I play there daily without any problems.

My withdrawals are usually processed within 2-4 days max to QT.

Every question has been answered timely by sending an email to michaelb@romepartners.com

    Michael is the VIP Manager.

I have no complaints on this site and consider it to be reputable against my standards.

    FWIW,

Diane, while I appreciate the fact that they are treating you fairly, these casinos are rogued for a reason. They do not honour their promotions, they find ways and loopholes not to pay players and to top it off their CSR's are as dumb as a box of rocks. I am glad that they are paying you, but that should by no means a reason that others should play there. If they do and they are treated like crap, which is the most likely scenario, it would just be a horrible recommendation as far as I am concerned.

I wish you continued luck at Rome or their sister sites but all others should proceed with caution as their treatment towards Diane goes against the treatement of many other players in the past.

    Well said MM.

Case in point - the player in the last few days who sang the praises of a known rogue against ALL advice continued to play. They paid his small withdrawals and 'treated him like a VIP'.....which is the usual MO of clipjoints like Rome.

Of course, he hit a $12k jackpot and guess what? They just refunded his deposits and refused his winnings....no bonus involved or anything.

If anyone continues to feed the rogues after reading about that, they deserve everything they get.....and somewhere down the track it WILL happen.

A few months back, there was a flurry of postings around Diamond VIP and Michael Baxter ex Slots Oasis....etc. I said then that I was aware that if I had a problem I was on my own because they were not accredited. I proceeded with caution and all has been fine for me. Just because I am doing fine doesn't mean others should jump in if they are not comfortable.

OP asked if anyone on CM played there and I responded. I am not going out and promoting them, I just answered the question honestly per my "FWIW" individual experiences.

I still believe that people should stay with only the accredited casinos and know that they have the back up support of Bryan, Max etc if there is ever a problem.

I took a "flyer" and tried Diamond and it has worked for me. Why for me and not others? I have no clue. But I do respect the experiences of my colleagues here and share skepticism with you regarding non-accredited sites.

Just because I am being treated fairly (even with a quick $10k win) doesn't mean others will have the same good experience. And we have all seen even accredited casinos turn rogue in a heart beat.

So................it is always "buyer beware" and my personal mantra "your mileage may vary".

I agree Diane. I too, have left many accredited casinos including the ones that were accredited and then ended up being rogued to test the waters of others on my own, knowing full well I wll not have any backing if things go wrong.

As you state that it is working for you, this seems to be working much better for me also, as in more withdrawals and having a much better experience all around. I do not recommend doing this at all either. just as you do not, unless one is ready to bare the brunt of being screwed if it happens.

At this time, I can say that I have not been screwed and still play at some "not recommended, rogued" casinos and have been paid in a timely way. I believe a "Caveat" pertains to ALL casinos, not just the rogue ones...as we are seeing more complaints coming out against accredited ones also and as you state, even accredited can turn rogue overnight.
