    CasinoMoons NO PAY, please help!!!!

I joined Casino Moons on December 13, 2009. On my 6th deposit, April 27, 2010, I was fontunate to win $2007.

After sending in the required documentation I received a letter on May 5, 2010 stating I was an 'abusive customer'.

Thru many emails dated: 6/2, 8/11, 8/12, 9/15, 919 asking for my funds I was given many, many excuses - was told the money would be 'issued soon' and on one occasion 'issued this Thursday'. They have been totally unresponsive to my requests.

Could you please halp me in securing my funds? If needed, I can supply you with copies of all email correspondence.

    Thank you,

Thanks, I'll do it now and let the forum know. I'm also having a collection issue with Rich casino. Do you have any contact information about them for me as well?

    Thanks in advance,

    Question

Hi everyone, I find a bit frightening all the complaints posted at casinomeister. Before I
opened an a/c I checked Casinomeister Rogue Pit several times and the Best and Worst
Casinos on line and ended up with 32 Red. I am very happy with them. Sure you win and loose but is secure and the service is simply brilliant. I've got tempted several times with huge bonuses promises etc. by other Casinos but they seem to be very shallow and there is always a catch. With 32 Red what you see is what you get. As a new player I suggest very strongly to follow Casinomeister recommendations, you can't go wrong.

I'm very glad you found a great place such as 32Red to play at. But US players aren't so fortunate as others to have a grandioso choice of where to play. I'm sure there are many US players who would love to play at 32Red and some of the other well vouched for casinos.

Some of us found this place because of playing at rogued casinos and getting the proverbial screw. As I stated, US players are limited in their choices of play and sometimes even the accredited casinos can have issues.

So please, before you make recommendations about where a member should play at, please consider their location. The OP is from the US so he/she doesn't have the same opportunities as you.

How in the world do you people even find these places? .... let alone sign up at them....
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.
