I soon moved up in player levels and took advantage of all the daily, weekly bonuses they offered for level. I got to level 4 and over maybe a 2 month period I started winning nicely a few times at both for a combine amount around 12-16,000. I called in one day and was told I had made level 5 and when I called the next day to make a deposit ( the day I could claim a 100% match bonus ) I was informed that I was now considered a deposit and play player only and would no longer recieve any sort of bonuses, player points, rewards points or cash back bonuses for play any longer on All of my accounts. Not just Go and Golden but all of them managed by this group. Grand Vegas, Online Vegas, Crazy Slots, Super Slots, Go and Golden etc. and was told it came from Upper Management. I was rather disappointed. Has this happened to any other players? I had alot of respect for this group of casinos even though they take the longest I have ever encountered to process withdrawals from request to recieve. I still had this group in highest regard until this occured, now I play here only occasionally, and while I still like the staff people running these casinos I feel like I got dumped on just a little. Whats the opinion on this? Does it sound fishy or simply how it is? Thanks, Jessie
Seems they just don't like winners. Uninstall the lot, and see if there is anywhere better. No need to give the staff an earful, since it is not their fault, but that of upper management.
Tell then that you now consider yourself as a "no deposit, no play player", and will be taking your $16K elsewhere.
Let them stew for a few weeks, or even months, and see what happens
Behind the scenes, they will probably conduct another review, and you will find out whether they are simply bluffing, or REALLY don't want your custom.
Don't forget, this isn't JUST a "bonus ban", you are banned from EVERYTHING.
The exact same happened to me at Roxy Palace. I worked my way up to Gold, and I was on the verge of hitting Platinum when they issued the "bonus ban". The bonuses were only around 30% too.
The fact that you had accounts at ALL of their casinos may have influenced their decision, but mostly it seems they are punishing LUCK.
Sadly, this muddled thinking is common in the industry, with a medium term winning run being interpreted as a player that can somehow defy the maths of probabilty, and who will ALWAYS just keep on winning unless the casino does something to throw them off balance, and this is usually done through a "bonus ban".
Only when EVERY decent online casino has given you a bonus ban do you NEED to play without incentives.
Would a Vegas casino go so far as to confiscate your player card and kick you out of your comped room just for winning too much during your visit? This is effectively what GO is doing IN ADDITION to the bonus ban.
