    Just who are zero36?

I am having problems with these people. It says on their website they are owned by the palace group. On the palace group website they are not listed as a subsidary. I call the number on their website and ask if they are owned by the palace group and the guys says no.
When I read out the statement from the about us section, he proceeds to hang up. I was asked to send documents for a withdrawal and the email bounces back? I was paid by them back in January but that was only for a small withdrawal. They never asked for documents then. Just a phone verification.

*edit* just rung the palace group number and the guy I spoke to before when I rung the zero 36 number answered. I say its me calling again again and he states "we are not part by the palace group" When I question further, the line goes silent. I have just sent my documents to the spin palace email address as they are blatantly the same people.

    They are lying.

The online link goes to Jackpots In A Flash - and this IS most certainly a Palace group casino.

Zero 36 is a mobile casino, and the "online" is simply the flash version of Jackpots In A Flash (watch your browser closely ).

Zero 36 also has the eCogra seal, and it is genuine - so submit a complaint to eCogra, not forgetting to mention the "confusion" support seem to have in remembering who they work for

Have you used this same file with other casinos?

In particular, have you used it with another Palace Group casino?

You could always PAB, and get a second opinion as to whether your file is not legible, or whether this is a load of BS.
