Avoid "Betboo" at all costs !!!

I have depositet 100 € without any bonus played a bit and then cashed out 80 € .

Two Weeks later they sent me the following :

"In order to withdraw any amount of money from betboo, the amount of the deposit must be wagered at least once. If the customer does not meet this condition, withdrawals will have a 30% fee applied to the requested amount, due to the cost of processing the transaction. If you want to cancel you withdrawal, send your request to support@betboo.com "

I have wagered my deposit more then once so i opened live chat . The CS guy told me it seems i havent done it and after the that he closed the chat and sent me a link to another chat .

I waited more then 10 mins in the chat and then the operator told me that the chat is for people from Portugal only.

I opened the regular chat again the the same guy disconnectet the chat at the same time and connectet me again to chat for people from portugal.

They dont pay and have unprofessional and ignorant support.

It looks like these rogues want to confiscate my depositet money without any reason

I don`t like companies who are incorporated in Isle of Man. As the owner company of this casino. They use NetEnt. NetEnt casinos do usually behave in a good manner.

If memory serves you seem to have more than your fair share of problems with casinos.
