    GoWild Casino complaint

Hello, Here's my advice to you:

Anytime you're thinkking about registering at GoWild casino, DON'T!

    Here is my story:

I deposited 125 US $ to get the 100% first match deposit bonus.
I won a very good amount, in the beginning of December 2010.

I finished wagering the playthrough requirements for the bonus.

Appearently, to receive the bonus, we must deposit with the currency of the country we live in. In my case, the canadian dollar would be the right currency.

But they gave me the bonus, I left a big balance in my casino account untill January 2011. Even after the bonus requirements were met, I kept on playing many different games for fun.

On January 19th, I made a cashout of half my balance, and they asked me for some documents in order to process the withdrawal.

I sent the documents! And then they said that my withdrawal and all my winnings got voided!

And they only sent me back my deposit.

Is there a way I cvan get paid the money they took from me?

    Can anyone help?

Here is gonna be the typical forum members advise to you: go back to their website, read their Terms of Service and see if u can find a clause stating that if the deposit is not made in ur local currency, all winnings are void. BC if so, ur probably up that infamous creek sans paddle. If indeed those were their terms, ur lucky they returned the original deposit.

If those terms are no where to be found, dont post anymore about the situation and go the "pitch a bitch' section here. MaxD maybe able to help, as long as GoWild is not in the "No Can Do" section (IDK if they are and too lazy to check). If they are not "No Can Do" and the terms did not suggest that ur deposits must be in ur local currency, and u don't go ape-sh*t bad mouthing the casino on every forum possible, there is a fighting chance to recover some or all of ur winnings...

Sounds like a ridiculous term if indeed it was there, but either way, one must understand that depositing with a bonus at ANY casino is a contract, and once entered into, it doesnt really matter how ridiculous the terms are, if both sides agreed, its a binding contract...

    Good Luck!

Being a newbie poster, have you bothered to read the rules on posting complaints?

    1) You are to contact the casino rep - there are two in this forum.
    2) You need to ensure that your complaint is free from subjective language like "thieves" etc. Would you want Gowild to begin a thread that claims Albrown12 is a thief and a fraudster? No, I didn't think so.

Thread locked until we find out what's up.

Then he should shut up, and be happy he got his deposit back. Bastard.

I have only been a member for about 1 month+, but I`m allready fed up with all those who register only for the purpose to do one complain in the forum. I think they only uses Casinomeister as a threat to pressure the casino.
