I have an issue with an online casino regulated by the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority. (I can't PaB this casino.)
It's my first time dealing with them.
I had a look at their website and submitted a question yesterday about how to lodge a case for resolution. They haven't responded yet.
Does anybody know much about the process of resolution for the GRA?
In particular I would like to know if the resolution process be done entirely online?
