AbsolutePoker.com Slots jackpot win refuse to pay!!

Hi, dear gamblers, i just went for my luck and i read the rules of the slot machine at absolutepoker.com before i started playing, it sais 4 jackpot signs on a row pays jackpot with MAX BET, (i did)
this mean horizontal vertical and in all directions

they refuse to pay a $9000 jackpot to me, im getting a 3X jackpot sign a lot when i was playing with my $350, too much (is it fixed)??? that i won in blackjack, well i made 4 according to their rules and i dont get paid.

watch my screenshot, can anyone of you help me? i think this is unfair!!

post a screen shoy of the terms , and are you shure you bet the max ?

what did they say and was it email or live chat ?

got an email that it was not on the active payline

its very confusing because i did do max bet, and only \ and - and | counts

NOT / as you see in the screenshot 4 jackpots on that

i find is very confusing and i think the games are rigged, because i got 8 times jackpot 3x on several lines and then this 4x on / that dont count

what do you think, i think its enough to put absolute poker in the rogue section

I just looked at the paylines for the slot machine, and it looks to me that the casino is right. They dont pay you for that vertical line as shown in your screenshot. Try it yourself, and you will see.

Just click on the "select lines" button and you will se that you are not a jackpot winner with that line. Sorry.

A casino will not be blacklisted only because you did not win a jackpot. I know nothing about this site, but its not good that a site so easly gets bad publisity. Threads like this, when the player is so so wrong, should be deleted.

So the lesson to be learned here is to do things in the right order:

1. Check the paylines if you think you should have won (help or payout section)

2. Contact Customer Service to clarify

3. Wait for reply

4. If not happy with reply, then.....

5. POST HERE

You did it the wrong way around, and since you're a newb I'm being nice and showing you the right way

IMO those slots are cr*p anyway there are so many better software packages on the net.

But I think that people here should behave. OP is writing "they refuse to pay", "is it fixed?", he also think the casino should be blacklisted.

The whole post is so obviously unfair to the casino. If a potetial customer googles the casino, he might find this thread and gets a wrongful impression. Dejakke might be a new member, but this is not the way of asking for advice. People who uses this forum are old enough to write in a proper way.
