    Problem with Paddy Power Bingo ¿what do you think?

    Hi

    I register a account a long time ago in Paddy Power Bingo. Tonight they send me a email telling me that: deposit 5 and get 20.
    I made a deposit there for 5 euros and nothing happen, so i read the conditions and they say: only england. Ok i say, they send me a wrong email (im from Chile)
    So, i made 2 bets from 90cents and then mi account was blocked.
    I told support and this is the conversation:

    Its not that we think, its that our systems are showing your connecting from the USA, this is the fault of your Internet provider

    I advise contacting your internet provider and requesting that they re-route your internet connection so it doesn't go through the USA

    i had a lot of casino accounts (indeed, i have microgaming one, who do not accept usa players)

    i want my deposit back

    You cant be refunded what you spent, I have advised you to how remedy the issue which you do not want to do, so this is all we can do

    We cannot allow you to play registering from a US ip, its the LAW

    im gonna post a complaint in casinomeister. This is insane

    What do you think??? its this normal? i had several microgaming accounts (who do not allow usa people)....

    To threaten that you will complain by using casinomeister forum is a BIG no no in my opinion.

    Try to send a PM to the rep if they are listed, and I bet things will be sorted out.

    If they dont have a rep here, then I would send a e-mail, where you can explain yourself in a polite way. It is easier to write a good letter by using e-mail, instead of using the live chat.

    I did that. I send a email to support and they dont answer. I know its a little money but someone can make bigger deposits and the money goes to the casino?

    The amount of money is not important, if it is about $ 5 or $ 5000 is no difference.

    Maybe somebody here knows more about IP/internet from USA etc..I have no knowledge about these issues, so sorry can`t help
