    Clubworld ignoring withdrawal request

    I requested a withdrawal to usemywallet at 1:00 a.m. my time on Friday morning. At 9:00 a.m. (PST) I talked to support. I was told it was 5:00 p.m. there and the cashier had already gone home. Support said they did not know why it was not processed but would check with cashier first thing Monday morning and have it taken care of. So of course, over the weekend I play back quite a bit of my withdrawal.
    I informed live chat that I am changing it to ACH withdrawal because usemywallet will take so much longer. I was going to usemywallet because it would process on Monday anyways. But since they could not process on Friday I would use ACH. I was told no problem, I was eligible.
    I get on today at 8:00 a.m (PST) which should be 4 p.m. cashier's time. My withdrawal has still not processed and the cashier and manager have already left for the day. Support cannot tell me why it has not processed. Oh maybe I have an echeck pending. I tell them, no, no echeck, that was last withdrawal and I had not used again since I had to wait last time.
    Well support has no idea why it has not been processed for the second business day in a row (saturday and sunday just a waste). They cannot do anything now until tomorrow morning. No reply as to why their support person did not follow through nor why their manager did not answer email.
    Just wait till tomorrow again, and apparently I have to get up about 2:00 a.m. my time to be able to talk to them when the cashier and manager are there. This whole scene concerns me, no explanations, no processing, no answer to email to manager, lies and nothing done when support does not follow through, wouldn't you be concerned? I find the other casinos I use process to usemywallet within hours and ACH with 24 hours. Clubworld has not met either of these expectations.

    I requested a withdrawal last night and received it this morning. However, I requested an ACH withdrawal and a QT withdrawal and they changed the ACH and paid it all to QT with no explanation.

    I, too, have been approved for ACH withdrawals so I don't know the reasoning. Am sending email to cashier to find out.

    They told me the last withdrawal that you cannot cashout to 2 different withdrawal options, like ACH and Usemywallet, you can only use 1. That is fine, I have no problem with that, however, there is no reason my withdrawal should not have been processed since 1a.m. Friday morning. I have deposited and withdrawn from them for many years, and recently as well. I have received no emails and no communications from them whatsoever, only what I have initiated through live chat. So I am certainly mystified and upset, there is no possible explanation and why does support know nothing after 4 days. Very Strange. And even more upsetting is the fact that a support person did not follow through on Monday, though promised they would on Friday, and that there is no explanation for not following through either.

    Geeze are you trying to drive yourself nuts? Let's count out the days rationally, the day of the WD does not count, the next two days are the weekend and don't count. So day one is Monday (which is today). So where do you get freaking four days huh? You need to chill and find other outlets for entertainment. IMO

    Was told it should have been processed Friday, would find out why not on Monday. Did not follow through on Monday, now have to wait till Tuesday. On a totally different timeframe, had to get up early two days off to talk to no one. Have to get up 4 hours before work to talk to someone tomorrow. My deposits are processed in 2 days, withdrawals should be the same, especially since first withdrawal request was to usemywallet. Maybe spoiled, other casino I play at processes within 12 hours of request and processes on weekends. Do not appreciate playing at a casino where the staff does not follow through on their promises. Also since i email and do not receive responses I must wonder what is going on. And yes, I do expect my money to come to me as promptly as I give my money to them. The issue is no answers even though, they agree, that it should have been taken care of.
