Always Vegas: Another Rival WHITE Label Spin Job

    Dear Empty,
Your withdrawal has been denied and your winnings were void because
<you have an outstanding debt> at one of the Rival
    powered casinos.
In order to cover this amount, you will have to contact ThemFolks
casino and settle the funds that <are due>.
    Sincerely,
    Always Vegas Customer Support

(I have paraphrased bc disclosing the issue I am having with the other Rival would be in bad taste and might be seen as instigation. I wish to rub the current situation in their face. I have offered to settle the debt, 100%, and await a reply.)

Ok, first of all, I know the audience here is too sharp for the dis-assembly of that logic used by Always Vegas to be necessary. Yes, my reply was, "Oh, so ur gonna pay that w/d to the other site against the balance of my debt? Bc, otherwise ur just stealing. Which is what it is, but let's not mince hot air with due diligence."

    To which they replied,
    Following up on your email.
Your winnings were not paid to ThemFolks casino, but void by the
    casino.
You will have to settle the outstanding charges yourself, by contacting
    ThemFolks casino.
Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further questions, please
don't hesitate to contact us again.
    Sincerely,
    Always Vegas Customer Service
First of all; I do not chargeback. I did have a lil 'HSBC won't pay bgbs.com bc they know they are runnin' gambling funds' issue. But as I said, I am not stiffing the casino bc my bank is attempting to pleasure and placate the Dept of Justice.
Anyway. To my point---> At the very least, its quite irresponsible for Rival to share account info across their platform from casino to casino given what A tends to do with info from B...

I know Rival Casinos want to stand together against high-risk players, but this slumber party of solidarity against fraudsters is turning out to be a date rape gang bang where the Good Rivals leave sore, with crabs, and with their reputations sullied as well. (Wow, that was a stretch. Oops, sorry good rivals, didn't mean to remind you.)

What if this was not a b-day chip? What if I had deposited and had higher than zero expectations? Obviously, Always Vegas are the muck of the stable, but they got that way when the Barn Master did not clean up. I ain't mad, I'm jus' saying...

In fact, I love a couple Rival games. So these casinos and their platform are not part of a slander-fest for the fun of writing posts on how shitty these places are bc their software provider is such. On the contrary, Rival has some good features, some great high variance slots, and if they would exclude the trash from the table, they might find larger profits from their upstanding licensee's would follow. These posts are here bc RWL's continually play BS games with customers and $.

And while I agree with the comments following CM's YouTube post insomuchas I don't think a 'little', 'struggling', casino software provider should be held responsible for the rogue actions of its wayward licensee's, which it needs the fees from to survive, I stand firm that if they won't police the lil rogue's, Rival must not aid and abet their black sheep in their milkmoney-stealing-bullsnit. At least, Rival must not aid and abet without fear of a tounge lashing from the likes of you, CM, Bravo on ur tube post!

And whilst I tend to agree that Superior, SlotoCash, BlackDiamond, Spartan and others(I assume) are good casinos, IMExp&HO, it doesn't change the fact that they rest with (and swap info with) hooligans.
Consider this; Annie Duke is a good mom, I would bet. She probably doesn't teach her kids to steal from people. And a bunch of the other UB red pros aren't gonna sic their children on U either. (UB/AP sucks!) That doesn't mean that I shouldn't tell anyone who will listen that depositing at the site they represent (UB, which sucks) is like making a donation to the redcross or paying income tax; It costs whatever you give em, its fun like not being constipated anymore is fun, and they only process 39 pence on the pound. And the other however much ain't coming back to you anyway!

So, bark if you must, Reputable Rivals, but until ur bullying cousins fall in line or are at-the-very-least; cut out of (Legit)RivalPowered circle of trust, U deserve the title, 'best from the worst platform'. In a way, that's a compliment, it's hard to be good when MummyRival doesn't give a damn.

The good thing I got going at HSBC is barely anyone who works in my branch speaks passable English. So I am pretty sure they can't spell my name and I am 100 percent positive they are unable to order checks, as I have been trying since August. I thought it was anonymous junction there, til this...

The bank I had done business with for over 20 years closed my account in February due to too many international transfers. The new bank only issues MC, and I didn't have any problems depositing into QT until around April. My bank sent out notices that you would have to sign an affadavit to do international transfers of any type. Since it's a personal account and not a business account I had no choice other than stop playing. I'm not into playing "try to catch me if you can" with QT, and I just am not trusting in any of the new ewallets popping up. I've considered trying a prepaid, but am not really sure how they work and the fees connected with them.

I agree, it isn't kosher for one casino to pass along , what I consider "priviledged" information, to another casino. Especially if they aren't in the same group. It seems the white labels see nothing wrong with this, and I'm surprised they stay in business with ethics such as this.

3mptyseat: At the very least, its quite irresponsible for Rival to share account info across their platform from casino to casino given what A tends to do with info from B...
Many years ago, before Atlantic City became a big conglamerate of joined casinos, I opened a line of credit at a few of them. At each one, I had my credit checked and my line of credit at other casinos checked. Most casinos across the board DO share info. I was surprised when I found this out at the landbased casinos so I always thought that online ones do the same but easier....it really isn't sharing info, we are GIVING this info for them to SHARE IMO...
. We will not sell, lease, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable user details without your consent to any party other than our licensors or other necessary service providers
This is part of one Rivals T&C's....you HAVE given them permission to check your stuff....once you agree to their T&C's... JFYI

Credit checks and verification of identity, etc. are one thing... and to be expected. But Rivals use it as a FU.

Let's look at it this way...

I'm playing at the Venetian who lured me in with $10 freeplay on slots. Let's say I get nice hits, play awhile and decide to cash in. Would the chick at the cashier cage at the Venetian, tell me "So sorry. I'm keeping your $500. Harrah's says you owe them $100."?
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

Thank you Mousey, I needed that chuckle...a LOT....and put it in your way...it had me laffing..and understanding the other side...I guess, what I was trying to get across and did a bad job of was...I believe all online casinos KNOW who we are due to giving them the permission to share our info as in the T&C's...when they feel the need to question a certain player...this all goes back to the "list" of players across a platform...that we once talked about..if your name is flagged on the list for any deficit against another casino, would they know?...would they do just this?..I guess now we know, they will, it seems.

If Rival CHOOSE to take on players from the US, it is a KNOWN RISK that banks may occasionally block a deposit. IT'S NOT THE PLAYER'S DAMN FAULT, they WANT to play, and are doing their bit to carry on paying the wages of Rival employees.

It seems that Rival are almost unique in making PLAYERS from the US 100% responsible for what their BANKS do.

It also seems to be an issue ONLY when the player WINS during a future session. There is NO sign of players being BLOCKED from all Rivals until the debt gets cleared up, they keep quiet about it, and ONLY wheel it out as an excuse to void winnings on a future session.

This is going to get WORSE, and pretty much EVERY US player is going to end up with an odd bit of "debt" from the game of "cat & mouse" played between processors and banks. This means that almost EVERY player who wins risks having it confiscated under this rule.

It is not so much the sharing, but the MISUSE and MISINTERPRETATION of the information, that is a problem.

Other businesses DO share credit history information, but they UNDERSTAND it's limitations, and how to interpret the data.
Rival need to figure out a way to separate debt down to a PLAYER ripping off a casino by charging back their losses, and the US BANKS figuring out, and blocking, one of the processors they are using.

In the end, the majority of transactions will be recalled by the US banks, and the majority of US players will find they are being accused of chargeing back deposits. In a sane world, this will lead to a mass desertion by US players from ALL Rival powered casinos. With Rival having excluded themselves from the other main market (Canada), they are going to REALLY struggle.

Players this side of the Atlantic have more freedom of choice, and will have seen how Rival are treating it's virtual captive US market, and decide NOT to risk playing at Rival white labels, when they still have access to the other main brands that pulled out of the US.

There will probably be around 4 Rival powered casinos left in business in a couple of years time
