Software glitch cost me big $$$

A software or connection problem bumped me out of Lucky Lady at Crazyslots. I was in the middle of a bonus round. Support says the bonus round was not credited. I sent a screenshot and their logs will show that I won the bonus round, but did not get to play it. What outcome do you think is likely?

FYI: I spent several hundred bucks getting to that bonus round and had already won several hundred when I got bumped out about halfway through.

Ouch Hope their support figures it out and credits your account the bonus round winnings. Good luck with that. I don't know the casino at all so have no idea what their rep is like.

I think it's pretty well established that bonus round wins are pre-determined, and the spins you see are just "eye-candy".

If they are unable to reset things so you can play out your bonus round, they should be able to tell what you would have won. Mind you, this is part faith on your part that the amount they provide you is accurate.

At bare minimum, you should be paid the amount you had won at the point the round ended, plus something for your inconvenience.

Good luck, and keep us posted. BTW, what software does this casino use?

Vegas Tech. software, part of the Go group of casinos.

I hope they get this settled for you, and they compensate you fairly. Good luck
