I signed up on last thursday, an deposited 50 dollars to check the site out. Well by the time i was done playing i had played threw the required amount and i had a total of 2500 that i was withdrawing. They asked me to send in docs which i had that night. I still have not heard anything from them and if you ask to talk to there finance dept. they have no clue how to get in reach with them. So i am wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Or if anyone can point me in the direction to get this matter settled.

I hope you're a person with a lot of patience, as these casinos are not really famous for their fast cashouts.
I'd say 5 businessdays to get your docs verified, then another 3 weeks until they pay you, thats standard procedure.

They pay, but it might take a while..

I also won $2000 there back in May. I did get paid , eventually.
However prior to the payount there was no consistency with there support. The usual runaround - no docs received etc. I did have a PAB against them which upset them as they blocked my account.
Be patient - you should get paid but you might have to wait weeks.

Top game is a bad joke

Top Game sucks. It will do everything to try to get out of paying you. They are all the same. I had this trouble at the beginning of the year. I made such a fuss through other forums that they eventually paid after about 4 weeks. Don't even bother playing there, its not worth the hassle.
Their finance department is a joke. If you say anything nasty to them they wont pay you. They are a joke. Get out of the industry we don't need you Top Game Total rubbish
