    JackpotCityCasino doesn't want to give a prize

    Has received £5 nodeposit bonus from JackpotCityCasino and has won £3000. Has requested withdrawal and my account have closed. I have asked why, to me have answered from for suspicious actions. Played only in slots how I could play suspiciously in them? I think suspicious actions it is the big prize Thank God I haven't lost the money. I play various casinos two years and it with me happens for the first time. Take into consideration

    I do that all the time, there are too many casinos with similar names!

    I'll shoot a PM to the Belle Rock guy and see if there's anything he can input here. Since it's a free chip issue I'm assuming it's a case of only allowing you to use it at only one casino in the group or maybe a multiple account thing...? Or maybe wagering more than 25%? We'll see....

    In short, the account was closed due to multiple accounts being opened on the same day which is not allowed by the casinos.

    Yes I have really created accounts in all casinos of group BelleRock and everywhere have received bonuses without the deposit. But as far as I know it isn't forbidden. In the same casino I didn't create two accounts. A problem in that that casinos were very conveniently arranged. According to their rules the player at all has no rights and unlike real casinos on casino online to court won't submit. I have won a great sum without having spent in a casino of any cent and what prevents a casino to close my account for any reason not to pay? After all I all the same can make nothing. Fortunately in the present state of affairs I have gained experience without having lost the money that too very much it is not bad.

    Could you clarify please, fedota says this is NOT the case, and that he only has ONE account per casino - nothing wrong with that, I have one account at each of the Belle Rock casinos, and you have not had a problem with this.
