    Is this normal?

I recently won a substantial amount at Inetbet and now want to process a withdrawal.

I have only ever deposited using an eWallet, but Inetbet support is telling me that I need to fill out every field on their verification (faxback) form, including credit card information and bank account info for wire transfers (account #, iban/swift #, etc).

I found it hard to believe that they really need this information so I sent another email to support today and they confirmed that it needs to be filled out completely..

The reason why I have chosen to use eWallets is because I really don't want to throw around my credit card and banking info all over the internet. Beyond that, I don't even know my banking account number or IBAN/Swift numbers, nor do I know how to get them. Do they really need all of this information? I have filled out faxback forms with other rtg's and they never needed this stuff when depositing by ewallet. Is the only way for me to get this information to walk into my bank, because I don't see it on a bank statement, and don't have online banking set up.

Additionally, the last statement on the form is: "Please accept this as authorization for iNetBet Casino, to draft the above listed Credit Card / Payment Processor and continue such authorization until I notify iNetBet Casino and the bank listed in writing."

What exactly am I authorizing them to do with a credit card I never used at their casino?

I still feel as though this is a mistake by support at inetbet - looking at some other people's posts, it seems as though in the past people didn't need to send this information in.

Thumbs down Well i quess its normal..

Well just closed a chat session of about one hour with a rep of Casino La vida....

    And quess what?

Exactly the same issue you are bringing up now. So i think its normal...

I DONT think so and have said that to the casino rep. The only answer i get: Its against FRAUD. So send it, or no money...

I disagree with this argument somewhat, because i think then.... Check everything in front and dont let the customer make an deposit...

    Just my two cents...

(and sending the whole shit load of prints, pictures, etc)

I'm not sure if it was ever iNetBet, but whenever I've filled out those forms and didn't use a credit card, I would just put a big X over that part.

    I would suggest PMing http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ly_hanson.html

    Winnington,

It sounds like you are getting confused over how to withdraw. I know if you request a wire transfer, you do need to get your banking info to them.

If you look at the bottom of one of your bank checks, the first group of numbers on the lower left corner is the routing number (iban/swift number), the second group is your bank account account number, the last is your check number of the check you are holding.

Try getting in touch with Inetbet's rep and send him/her a Private Message about your problem.

Go to the I-Gaming Forum Reps page, available on the top of the page under FAQ.

    Good Luck on your winnings.

There should be no need for banking and/or credit card information if you're depositing and withdrawing by web-wallet.

I've been sending some fax-back forms lately, and all the information I submitted (in addition to name, address and so on..) was my Neteller ID and Moneybookers e-mail address.

The only reason they should be asking for this kind of info is if you've made a credit card deposit any time in the past, or if your web-wallet of choice don't support withdrawals. Then they'd need your bank account.

According to the actual document it says at the top -

(Please complete, in clear letters, one form for every credit card you have used)

Apparently, if you've never used a credit card, you don't have to fill anything out.

I agree with you 100%, and have had the same experience with other faxback forms. This is why I am surprised by inetbet's request for this information, and why I think they are mistaken. I am 100% sure that I never made a CC deposit there since I have never made a CC deposit at any online casino.

Inetbet's faxback form just has a spot to write down the credit card type, number, and expiry so I can't hide the middle numbers from them.

Thanks for the congrats. Stopped at 3k, tried to withdraw but realized they'd need to process my faxback so played more. Stopped again at 4k and emailed info about faxback. Played up to 6k because I was bored and didn't have access to a printer. Now I'll stop for real.

    Good Luck on your winnings.
I specifically asked them if I need to fill out all fields in the faxback form even if I only deposited by ewallets, and the reply was "yes, everything needs to be filled out". I still didn't believe it so a couple days later I emailed again and asked if I need to fill out the banking information for wire transfers even if I only deposited with an ewallet and am withdrawing to an ewallet, and again the answer was that I have to fill everything out.

I took your advice, and sent a message to their forum rep. I still think that their customer support is confused about what actually needs to be filled out. I'll give it to them if it's the only way to get my win, but I'm very uncomfortable about it.
