    Please Help:Huge Payout Problem

    Hello everyone,

I am new here but signed up because I need someones help or ideas out there.

I had a win back in April of $1,000.00. I was playing Mayan Queen, hit the bonus and one of the bonus spins got the Mayan queen down the middle and 4 of the temples on a pay-line. That is the absolute highest win you can get for that game. I'm pretty sure I was making .50 cent USD bets. Definitely not less than that. Well, the win starts going up and stops at $1,000.00. From what I can remember I still had a couple bonus spins left but I feel like they stopped once I hit that win. I was so excited about the big win cause I was down to like 20 bucks that I didn't suspect it at all.

Down the line I started wondering about it checked the pay-table for that game. I remember seeing something on the game about a 1000 coin payout maximum payout that I didn't think twice about before. from there I realized that I may have been shorted. and recently contacted the casino to speak to them about this issue and have them check the win to make sure I was paid the correct amount. I told them the date and time and what happened and they got back to me saying the following. I'm not going to quote directly in case this turns into a problem but it pretty much said:

We have had our team investigate the win and the payout was correct. You hit a prize of 60000 x the bet but the maximum win per paid line is 50,000 per line. So you were only paid the 50000 x bet and the payout is right.

Keep in mind I was only paid $1,000.00 for that win. How is this possible? They have just pretty much admitted that I should have been paid 50,000 x my bet. Are they just being dishonest or am I missing something? Is there anyone I can go to about this if they continue to refuse to honor the payment?

I'm kind of worried because I know now that the win should have been more. What can I do?

    Thanks for your help

That's one thing I hate about RTG. Max payout! The payout was correct. You were betting 2 cents per line. 2c x 50,000= $1000.00

    Sorry but that's RTG

    Possible explanation

I believe Mayan Queen is a 25 line slot. So, if you were playing 0.50USD per spin on Mayan Queen, that equates to 2c per line.

    50,000 x 0.02 = $1000.

That may be where the $1000 comes from.

I have another question, why does that machine have a payout of 60,000 coins if the max payout per line is 50,000 coins?

Much thanks to miket2112 and Slot Lover.

Man that absolutely sucks. The absolute highest paid jackpot is 1000 bucks? That's complete garbage.

I'm not sure whats up with the 60,000 win but only getting paid 50,000 x. Here's the exact quote:

"You hit the prize 60 000 times the bet and the Maximum win per paid spin is 50000 times bet per line"

Didn't give any further information or explanation.

Well even thought it wasn't the answer I wanted it helped me a lot. Thanks again!

I wish PartyCasino was still around. They at least had random jackpots that hit. Ive been playing at Rushmore forever and have never won anything over 1000 bucks and definitely no jackpots, random jackpots or mini jackpots. I usually bet dollar spins so you'd think after 10's of thousands of spins Id hit something.

Such crap. I remember hitting multiple jackpots from partycasino.

You are correct, it sucks!! That said, this rule on their high variance games is criminal but most will go bust before they ever figure out the math! It is unfair gaming but those good RTG's, lol , are "smooth criminals". Accredit them all!!

1000 bucks on a 50c bet is actually a pretty good payout. Obviously if you had been betting $2 per spin that would translate to $4000.

Of course, it is good but does that make it fair???? More specifically, I am referring to the exact same rule being applied to the high variance slots. I have stated before that the same rule should not be applicable. Increase the 50000 times line bet to a higher fair number or even eliminate the rule. Otherwise, the hv slots are teasers that just induce players to an occassional (rare) good payout as you state that with continual deposits and play is nothing more than a scam "as is".
Obviously if you had been betting $2 per spin that would translate to $4000.
Obviously if he had been betting $20 per spin that would translate to $40000 on a HV slot.-----The tease. Try it sometime! Good Luck
    Cheers

    I agree
Might aswell put 100,00,000 Coins for 5 temples. Looks more tempting and the max payout is still 50,000 coins
