I created account, read the terms and conditions, didn't see anything that would decline me for getting the bonus. Played the free spins, Made a deposit, waited a while and then asked live support why I didn't receive bonus. And they told me that according to their terms and conditions you can't get the bonus if you have already claimed it from another of this group casino, which I had done.

This was weird since I didn't see any mention about that when I read through terms and conditions. So I asked about it, and it seems that they have 2 different terms and conditions for their bonuses. When you go to their webpage there's that big $777 FREE BETS banner, and if you click on that you get to one page of terms and conditions for this bonus. But if you go through Casino Promotions > $777 free play bonus promotional terms and conditions, you get whole different set of terms.

Is this acceptable behavior for accredited casino?

Yes, this rule is there for long time at Casino Rewards group.

Question is, whether you got invitation to 777 dragon by email or you did it on your own initiative?

Didn't get invitation. Browsed through accredited list here and picked one.

This one is the one I read before making an account. And this is the second one that I should've read.

As you see the first on is Terms and Conditions for our Promotions at 777 Dragon Casino. And there's even own section for freeplay bonus, 4.5. So after reading this, should I still start looking around their site if they have another set of terms and conditions somewhere.
