LuckyCreek playing unfair to payouts...

Hi All,

I won a jackpot at lucky creek casino on May28,2010 in the amount of $38,719.25. Now they offered me this bonus and I met the required play through amount of $4000.00 and forfeited the $100.00 bonus they gave me.
Keep in mind that i've made deposits with them in the past

When I withdrew the amount of $17,000.00, they first proccesed it then later did a "correction" as they call it, reversed it and then took it away. They told me they would do a 100% match deposit on my future deposits for 6 months up to $17,000. They also said the max I could withdraw was only $500.00 but so far they have sent me $1500.00. in which 1 of the checks for $750.00 bounced.wtf. So i'm asking for your advice on what I can do with this situation?

My guess is you took the $100 bonus which has a max cash of 500.....which is what you can cashout after playthrough.....you coulda won a million and still couldnt have cashed it....as it was still on the orignal 100 bonus money.

Did you win this on the no deposit bonus? If so, tough luck....sorry but that's just how ND chips work there, they have a max cashout.

...if they sent him 1500...I assume its a differeent situation...which the OP will probably better explain..
