Inet :"Financial climate" and Docs verification ?!

Requested a cashout from Inet two days ago (See winner Screenshots thread) at Inet . One day goes - withdrawal is still available for reversal.

Contacted CS - their response :

    Dear Joachim
we sent you a mail some 8 hours ago requesting an up to date fax back form, we last redceived one nearly 3 years ago and due to the current financial climate we are bound to have up to date records.
    kind regards
    CSR James
okayyyy. Why don't you just say "We'd like that you refresh your details by sending a new faxback form, as it's been three years since we received the first one" - which is currently false since I sent the first one in Aug. 2008 - but whatever , i'm okay with this (And didn't received the first mail - but well, it can happen.)

Sent a new faxbak form , with CC scan (my number didn't changed since 2008 - so the scans ) , and ID scan too.

    Received this today :

    Hi Joachim,

    Thanks for your mail.

In order to verify your account we all require some proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill in your name at your current address.

Please forward this to us at your earliest convenience.

    Regards,

    CSR Luke

What ? It's written nowhere in the faxback form page - and I didn't had to send it the first time ! http://www.inetbet.com/banking/verificationform.asp - again, send it two hours ago - and my withdrawal is still reversable.

    Inet , i'm quite disappointed.

um... who cares if the docs are 3 years old or 30 years old, you were verified, end of story. I'm not really seeing the angle that inetbet is playing, especially with the "financial climate", delay tactic maybe? Unless there was some address change or maybe you used a different card to deposit they shouldn't have asked for anything... these online casinos are getting really bizarre in my opinion, maybe they're going broke just like the players are.

    Hi Everyone,
I took a look into this and I am not sure that it should really be listed as a complaint.
Setsuna requested a withdrawal to an account/processor they had never used with us before. We thus needed verification - this is pretty standard procedure. Once this was received their payment was sent the same day.

If a player had to resend documents you already had to make a withdrawal then yes, it should be listed as a complaint. Furthermore, "Financial climate" should have absolutely nothing to do with your document and identification procedures. That's like saying "We're in a recession right now so we no longer trust the ID you've sent."

If he waits until the economy improves can he continue using his current documents?

It should still be regarded as a complaint because it seems you never mentioned to the OP that this is standard procedure when a request for withdrawal is made to an account that was not previously used. Furthermore, the verification docs are not related to the new withdrawal method is it? On a positive note you paid on the same day the docs were received so it does seem that this is not stalling. However, what terrible CS people you have.
