Question New U.S. player microgaming "platform"

First of all they call this a new "platform" which it is not. I was advised by CS that it is no longer Microgaming, gee thats strange since the software is still Microgramings.

Plus, now I am waiting 5 days and counting as a VIP mind you, to get paid from Jackpot Factory, Allslotscasino.net; to Quicktender of all things.

What gives? What is your experience with payouts since "platforms" have changed for micrograming US?

Jackpot Factory now say this is NOT them, but another operator altogether. It is NOT just the software that changed, PLAYERS have been sold off to a new operator, and it is THEY who are not as good at paying quickly. It may simply be start-up troubles that they will quickly iron out, BUT the change does support the argument that players were passed to another, and new, operator. Were this still Jackpot Factory, there would be no change in service levels simply because of this switch of software, since it would effectively be another instance of something they have done already with the opening of the "special" VIP Lounge casino, for the use of VIP players only (well, all except for you Americans)

Maybe the VIP status has NOT survived the transfer, and EVERYBODY has to start from scratch & earn it again.

I received the following from AllSlots when a pre-paid credit card i used was denied:

If you like to deposit using a faster method with none of the problems you may experience when trying to deposit using a credit card, you may be interested in “UseMyWallet”, which is a method we offer to our US players. Deposits using this Webwallet go instantly and withdrawals to this method reflect in the account within 5 working days.

If you like us to get you an invitation to “UseMyWallet”, please reply to this email and confirm this.

I haven't cashed out yet--and i decreased my deposits significantly.
