Thumbs down Same old thing with Jackpot Factory payouts

Thank you for contacting All Slots USA VIP regarding your withdrawal.

I am pleased to confirm that your $442.85 withdrawal was processed on May 7, 2010 to your QuickTender account. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive it.
    Yea right! My response.

Payments ACTUALLY made to quicktender are processed to my quicktender account immediately. Therefore, the only way it could take 5 working days to reach my quicktender account is if it took you 5 days to transfer the funds to quicktender. Quicktender works in REAL TIME.

I am well versed on the process with quicktender, therefore I know it was not processed to Quicktender on May 7th or I would have received it.

When can I expect payment to actually be transfered?
Tired of this BS. Last time I deposit with Jackpot Factory, they always pull this.

You have been waiting a month for this withdrawal? Or are the dates in your post wrong (June 7 instead of May 7)? I didn't even think that All Slots USA opened up until the end of May.

Other than that, I completely agree with you. Every withdrawal I've had from them paid to QuickTender takes at least 2 days from the time that they say it has been paid. But I can make a withdrawal at Inet, and when my account history says it has been paid, it has been paid and is in my QT account. I have never figured out why they insisit on doing it this way. Doesn't really inspire me to want to make another deposit.

I don't know for sure, it's just a theory - but I'm thinking it's probably their processor. I'm not sure where you're at footdr, but if you're also in the "land of illegal gambling" that might have something to do with it. JF contacts you when they send the funds to the third party processor, and that third party has to then get the funds to your QT account. I don't know how that works really but I know there have been delays for "our neighbors to the south" players in the past and it's got really nothing to do with the casino, it's the roundabout processing that takes the time.

(I feel like a spy..."psst - the eagle has landed")

Anyhow as I said, it's just a theory, but I usually cash out and have my money right away - but that's moneybookers and I'm also in Canada so it doesn't have to go through any intermediaries before hitting my account. As a matter of fact I usually get the notice from moneybookers that funds are in my account before I get a mail from JF that my withdrawal has been processed.

More emails, yes the Casinos date is totally wrong......

I made the withdrawal request on June 5, 2010. Nothing about their responses has been accurate.

Obviously the casino misinforms players as per emails below.

Thanks for the response, so it was approved and takes up to 5 days for your processor to transfer the funds to quicktender. I see.
So there is no way to know exactly what day they will transfer the funds only the day you tell the processor it is ok to pay me.

I'm glad that you haven't been waiting a month, like I first thought. Hope you get your money soon. Typically it has taken 2-3 days for my withdrawals to be paid to my QuickTender account.

    What ticks me off.....

is the emails they send making it sound as if they have ACTUALLY paid your account. Which means to me that it was transfered to quicktender, when in fact they have only approved it to be paid. They have always mislead people. They should just say they approved it for payment, not that it is "on the way". Everyone knows these payments are transfered in real-time electronically. So quicktender virtually receives it immediately. Just tired of their misrepresentation of the facts.

It will probably show up in a day or so but too late for me to get to my bank this week since wiretransfer requests from QT basically must be made no later than Tuesday to receive by Friday.

This is so not fun anymore, there is no reason for them not to process EFt/ACH as nothing has really changed bank wise.

Where abouts in the US is Quicktender located?

UIGEA ONLY kicks in when an attempt is made to move funds THROUGH THE BORDER, and this should NOT be the case for the transfer to Quicktender, no need to use "round about processing" for this leg of the journey.

i have been waiting since may 26th for my withdrawal and still nothing to this day. my bank wouldnt accept wire transfer so i requested it go to my quicktender acct and they asked for my acct details and said i would get it within 48 hours and that was last monday. i have called and screamed and yelled because i am so aggravated with it that now i am just bound and determined to make sure no one else gets ripped off like i did because obviously they are not going to pay me my 1400.00 withdrawal. i have been a vip player for years and this is the vip service they give. i emailed them yesterday with the copy of my flight itinerary showing them i will be arriving in Belize on Wednesday at 12:30 and to please have my winnings available for pick up as obviously they cannot pay me electronically. nobody has responded.

But see... now that USA players have been moved to the USA only version of their software, I don't even think we're actually playing at JPF anymore. I don't know WHO owns this USA only version of All Slots these days.

And they expect us to be lining up to deposit....
