Good reputation? Alles ist relativ, right?

You can have the honors to let them know they've been "pitified".

    Drag me to hell!!

    Hi,
Aztecasino is the actual reason why I found this forum.
I registered to their casino and, being in the businness myself in Gibraltar (the real Gibraltar not the one in Costa Rica LOL), felt attracted by a wooping bonus of 800%.
After making a small deposit of 40$ ad playing the slots for what seemed liked working days (45 times wagering requirements is a lot), I was finaly able to withdraw my winnings.
Back then the staff was cool and helpfull. Any question asked was answered on the spot.
I then asked for a 300$ withdrawal and sent my docs right away. I got an email from their financial department 48hrs later saying that my docs where approved and that my withdrawal was under way.
Then the waiting game started. After a week, as there was still nothing on my moneybookers account I began to worry.
As I said before, I am in the bussiness myself and I know that sometimes there are delays and payment interface problems. So I contacted the Reps and asked them if there was any problem with my payment. They then confirmed that everything was allright and that I would get my money "Very Soon".
Then two weeks passed so I went up a noch and contacted the financial departement which ensured me that the withdrawal was underway, and again that I would get my money Very SOON.
Did I mention that in between I learned that their average payout delay was 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!!! I then felt a shiver in my back.
No casino in its good sens should take 3 weeks to payout, especialy through moneybookers.
So I started sending emails to Jon who said that he would look into my outpayment on monday or tuesday of this week. Well this is wednesday and no reply. (thinking of it and reading the previous threads it has probably to do with the infamous John DOes of the fake adress)
The worst is that when I go into the chat within the casino interface, I get no reply at all now.
Lucky enough that was a small deposit and a small withdrawal. I really feel for the ones who won 100.000 $ and get this type of issue/scam combined with the max weekly withdrawal of 1250 $
I will let you know here if I ever get my money which is very unlikely. But I am willing to give them a chance. All I have to do for now is just forget about it and maybe for christmas my 300$ will miraculously land in my moneybookers account unexpectedely.

Aztec has not lived up to their agreement. Jon is once again non responsive to emails and they have not paid me according to the plan they offered me.

I have also tried to get in touch with Top Game and they are now non responsive as well.

I have a payout of $600 from them I've been waiting for since The beginning of May. I received one email back in July saying my withdrawal has not been overlooked. But that's it. I wouldn't hold my breath.
