Needless to say, account closed and far better places to play at out there.
When I played there, it never took longer than 1-2 days to get paid back to Neteller. They DID charge though, 50p.

It is now clear that the new owners are NOT "player friendly". Their first major act was to freeze CM out by saying they would no longer accept the results of a PAB determined by MAX.
The relevant PAB was from a player who used the MGS bonus system to track their WR, and withdrew when it showed all bonus had been converted to cash. PL confiscated winnings because player had not wagered an extra amount based on their location. PL were too lazy to configure such players into a separate "class" so that the MGS system would correctly track their play (I know it can be done, JF do it for "VIP Class" players. Casino Action also started doing it for VIP players after I told them it could be done.
The PAB result was that PL should reinstate the balance, and allow the player to complete WR, but PL refused this perfectly reasonable request. This cost them their place on the accredited list. "Good to go" should perhaps be "proceed with care", especially if you are Greek or Canadian
