    Angry Purple Lounge

Why is Purple Lounge on your okay list. I wont be returning to Purple Lounge again.

Purple Lounge is fixed, Ive played enouth slots in my life to know the diffirents from a bad run to plain and simple scam.

Never spinned so many zero wins in my life and the site cleary has a Cap set to the amount you can reach. For everytime I got to the same amount in balance. loss all the way down, Then back to the same amount again, then loss all the way down. redeposited over 5 times and was same out come, Slots payout was next to nothing, All wins I did get were not worth talking about. And the only 1 time i got free spin feature, OMG, won buttons. I play alot of MG and Purple Lounge is by far the worst site out of them all. Clearly they have there slots set to 1% payout or something. The reason why I know this not a bad run is the fact it not only happened to me, A friend of mine warned me about playing there as he said he lost $$$$$$$$$$$ there and told me there slots are very tight. I assumed he just had a bad run and as Purple Lounge is on your okay list, They must be fair.

I dont know what to say other then the fact i feel i was scammed, I dont think i ever had a chance to win, Ive lost loads of money in the past, It is a pain, but thats part of gambing and i accept it. But when it feels wrong and feels like something is fixed, that something i cant accept.

I wont be returning to Purple Lounge again.

So there is 2 possible reasons here for Purple Lounge being like it is.

Me and my friend were really unlucky and had the longest unlucky steak and every spin was zero win apart from the odd win in every 30th spin crap amount. And it nothing to do with Purple Lounge screwing me.

Or they have tighted the payout rate.

I feel like Purple Lounge have set there slots to tight, I would like to hear other peoples experiences there.

My gut feeling tells me there is something fishy about Purple Lounge. As I said, Ive lost money before and i accepted it as it was a gamble.

AFAIK the % is set so it can't be fixed.
Winning buttons is quite normal for MG casinos, but other times you will get the whoppers. I've had some good wins and gameplay on Purple Lounge and I've had some really chronic gameplay too not just at PL but at many other MG casinos. And I feel it's fixed or something aint right as well and then another day you get your good run.
That's just the way it goes sadly.

I really think you had a very bad run.
I play at PL quite often and I've had some really bad runs too there, but also some VERY good ones.
Overall I'm slightly ahead there, so I cant complain.
I hope your luck turns for the better soon!

Sorry to pump up an old topic but I think Purple Lounge's withdrawal times have really gone downhill...was told 3-5 business days for Neteller which is their preferred method of payment.
For a Microgaming casino, I honestly think that is way too long time to wait for one.
Needless to say, account closed and far better places to play at out there.

Ownership changes were made earlier this year, perhaps that has something to do with it.

When I played there, it never took longer than 1-2 days to get paid back to Neteller. They DID charge though, 50p.

It is now clear that the new owners are NOT "player friendly". Their first major act was to freeze CM out by saying they would no longer accept the results of a PAB determined by MAX.

The relevant PAB was from a player who used the MGS bonus system to track their WR, and withdrew when it showed all bonus had been converted to cash. PL confiscated winnings because player had not wagered an extra amount based on their location. PL were too lazy to configure such players into a separate "class" so that the MGS system would correctly track their play (I know it can be done, JF do it for "VIP Class" players. Casino Action also started doing it for VIP players after I told them it could be done.

The PAB result was that PL should reinstate the balance, and allow the player to complete WR, but PL refused this perfectly reasonable request. This cost them their place on the accredited list. "Good to go" should perhaps be "proceed with care", especially if you are Greek or Canadian

Now they charge 1$ for every withdrawal to Neteller.
That's not the issue for me...more than willing to pay that- even Intercasino and others charge that.
But 3-5 business days sounds more like a Rival white label than an accredited Microgaming casino.
Was thinking of playing there a lot. Won't be after the payout times were told.

Good to know, thanks for the heads up.
They used to pay really fast, I've made a cashout there once that was paid in 10 minutes.
    But that was last year.

    3-5 businessdays is too long.

I saw on the website that Neteller is indeed their favourite depositmethod.
Then why do they double the WR on bonuses if you use it?

    Surely that's obvious
