Is it really fair for a casino to use it’s chat room’s “bot” feature to anonymously pose derogatory questions about a player who’s not even allowed in the chat room to answer? A question directed to a member of that player’s family no less?

Is it really necessary to ridicule one of your clients behind his back? I have done my best in our conversations to stay to the point and not resort to ridicule as I am quite prone to do. I have called you no names. I have said repeatedly that I am not unhappy with the real money game play at your casino. I even complimented your casino on the play through for it’s bonuses and believe it or not, the good service.

Just because I cannot wrap my head around how anyone can do so incredibly poorly game after game after game in tournament mode regardless of your statistics and mathematical formulas, your casino needs to make fun of me to a member of my family who has never said a word about any of this, where I’m not even around to see it?

It was completely uncalled for and utterly childish and I thought you above such things but apparently I thought higher of you than I should have.

Do you really want to turn this into a battle of wit, sarcasm and ridicule? I’m quite willing if you are because I guarantee you, I’m much better at it than you are.

(I’m assuming this was Enzo because Ellen was on duty and I really can’t see her posting things like this.)

Did that really happen skiny, i know Ellen is much to kind hearted to do such a thing and so are the rest of the gals there, im shocked if Enzo had a part in this and there are no excuses for treating any player like this.

I certainly hold nothing against Skiny what so ever, I also try and not get
involved in anything thats not my business directly, but Ive got
to call this one the way I see it, for Skinys sake as much
as anyone elses I dont want him to be upset for the wrong reasons
either.

Enzos way of being friendly I think, perhaps even trying to show

My brother is not a member of this forum. I don't think he's ever even spoken to Enzo. He doesn't "know" Enzo by any stretch of the word. He knows of him because he runs that casino. That's it.

Would you go tell someone's brother, sister, cousin or other family member that you don't even know that his relative should be taking drugs for anxiety or depression and hope it's taken as a joke?

If Enzo wants to start trading insults and ridicule he can come on back here where I can see and lets get started. Don't run off where I can't see it and don't purposely try to get my family involved.
