Yesterday Manhattan Slots they still didnt process it to my Quicktender. Now support say's sorry there gone until monday. They had all night yesterday and all day today to get this done..

Absolutely agree NYGirl. It's the only reason I stopped playing at CW casinos. Their bonuses are great, their CS is great....all is good except this we don't work on weekends thing. I simply refuse anymore to play anywhere that won't process cashouts on weekends....and that includes holidays. I played at Inet and 32Red over Xmas, and in both cases cashed out, and was paid on Christmas Day.

Sorry, but if you're running a business that operates 24/7/365...then you need to have all aspects of your business functional at all times. No exceptions. JMO, of course.

Chill dude. I think the poster is making a statement and disgruntled because CW terms say 24 hours but it never is. Can't people voice their opinion without you making a reply that has nothing to do with what they are saying. She said they are a great place to play. Read the posts for gods sake.

I agree. If the casinos can take your money on the weekends, they should be able to pay out on the weekends.

I have gotten caught out on this a few times and still do....but have learned to move on to the places that do pay out 7 days a week.

It makes no sense whatsover to not have a cashier on weekends when this business is the busiest and is for weekends especially.
